Brilliant service
I highly recommend Dezrezlegal, my house purchase and sale has been stress free, I exchanged in 2 months and 2 weeks.
The online Portal keeps you up to date with progress of sale and purchase, any queries are answered same day by great staff, Kate Packer was great and all other members very helpful, if a staff member was off, another one stepped in, they work very hard and late to get all queries and documents dealt with in quick time .
I already recommend to my friend to use them when she moves house

Extremely unhappy with the service they have provided! Back in 2021 I was removed off a land Title registry after a a transfer of equity, signed the papers etc and it was done. It has now comff ref to my attention that I’m still on the land registry as a joint owner and now I’m unable to complete a purchase of a shared ownership property. Currently renting and have been served with an eviction notice so hand tk find somewhere to live asap as my landlord will take me to court. I can’t afford to rent anywhere and shared ownership was the most affordable. I have contacted the solicitor several times by phone and email expressing my dissatisfaction and had one initial email to say they had made an error and will sort it and it’s not been 10 weeks and they won’t respond to my emails of texts and I’m on the verge of being homeless!

I would highly recommend Dezrez Legal. From the beginning of our house moving journey, our solicitor - Victoria - was fantastic. Victoria demonstrated excellent communication, was personable and empathetic. The emails were always professional and informative and were done in a kind and respectful tone. Communication over the phone was the same. I’d absolutely use their services again. House move had proved stressful in places but I have to admit it was through the hard work of our solicitor that everything was much calmer and more efficient.

Generally no complaints for when they were working on my case in 2022.

However, aftercare is poor as they just ignore your emails completely 🤷‍♂️. Tried to follow up a few times this year (2024) on the land registry status but Dezrezlegal just wouldn't respond. I'll try getting in touch again at some point...

We were recommended Dezrez by our estate agent as I didn't have a solicitor lined up to look after our sale and purchase. This is the second time we have used Dezrezlegal to sell our home. This time it was Victoria Evans that has handled our sale. She is excellent. Very approachable and professional. Also very responsive on both email and the telephone which is crucial for a firm that isn't local to us. The online portal is so easy to use and let's the vendor/buyer see exactly where the process is up to, allows you to upload and download documents, which is great for a swift transaction.
We are also using them for the purchase of our next project which Victoria has been pushing through because the vendors legal team seems less than efficient. Frustrating when Dezrezlegal is very efficient and works hard for its clients. The cost is also very competitive so we will use them again for our next sale.

Me and my partner bought our first house and Dezrezlegal have been incredible.
