Exceptional staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly was excellent in that she spent a lot of time during my multiple visits by going through all the details of the products, the measurements and giving advice on what would be suitable for my needs. I wasn't too sure what to look for as I was after a new leather sectional sofa (L shape) and Kelly was on hand all the time to advise me. During my first visit she told me to take measurements of my living room to see how much space I have to accommodate the new sofa and she could tailor to my needs when I return, which she did when I made my last visit to make the purchase.

Found the perfect sofa but sadly not in the material we wanted, however a sales rep was able to show us a similar model which suited our needs, was very knowledgeable about product, we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales advisor Ozzie was very knowledgable and was not out to sell furniture that was not suited for your needs. Ozzie kind and courteous and very patient.
