Dave the Salesman was very friendly and approachable. He made everything very clear to me and provided me with all the options I could choose from whilst buying my furniture.

We purchased our first ever brand new sofa today with Adam. Absolutely fantastic customer service, reslly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Looking forward to receiving our sofa now - thanks Adam and DFS!

Our experience in the DFS Store today, in Bolton, was excellent from start to finish. We were greated and welcomed by Dave who politely introduced himself and offered his help and guidance should we need it. His knowledge of the products available and his ability to match us with just what we wanted was first class! A really, genuine person with a fabulous manner, and sense of humour!

We have had a very good experience this week when purchasing our sofa, the staff member, Shannon, gave us help with choosing the right sofa for us providing us with all the information including sizes, colours, prices, payments etc that we needed to know and then sent us away to make sure it would fit and correct for the space we have, we then returned to make the order she was a very happy friendly member of the team and made the whole experience run smoothly. She had fantastic customer care and would definitely recommend her, she is a credit to the DFS team, and we are looking forward to getting our furniture.

Dfs is a warm. cosy place to buy furniture. Staff are friendly. With warm welcome. Darran was like sitting and chatting with family. Open hearted with care.

We were not pressured in any way or followed around the store. We were greeted and told that they were there to help if needed. Dave was very helpful when we had made a decision and answered our questions and gave us information.

We recently purchased a new Davis corner sofa and matching chair from the Middlebrook DFS branch, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Steph greeted us in store and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She immediately made us feel at ease, was incredibly friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to help us. Her knowledge about the products, including advice on upkeep and aftercare, was excellent and really helped us feel confident in our purchase.

Steph went above and beyond, and thanks to her advice, we also decided to purchase the additional service package available. We’re extremely grateful for all of her help — she is a real asset to DFS and made our experience a genuinely positive one.
