Returning customer
Returning customer and we were fortunate to have the same sales lady as 2 years ago prior. This time I was looking for a recliner chair to help with my disability. Buying new sofas
We were initially given sufficient time to look around the shop, whilst having been acknowledged we weren't subjected to overbearing sales staff. When we were ready Paula approached us and enquired as to what we were interested in. Having explained what we were interested in, Paula took us through the various options, size, fabric, protection etc. My wife was provided with a coffee. We agreed on what we wanted and the order was processed swiftly with explanation of the next steps and delivery process. The whole experience was professional.
