It was relaxing didnt feel pushed or rushed into anything was given advice and suggestions with what i was after, sales person was very easy to chat to great customer service not pushy and good at explaining things as to colours materials what can be changed etc

She is a very friendly and personable young lady with whom we felt very relaxed and comfortable.
In the end we found a set that suited both the wife and myself and were happy to purchase.
