Staff all very friendly, Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a sofa that was designed for family life. She took time to go through everything with us and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything! Can’t wait to receive our new sofas and will recommend dfs to others!

From the minute we walked in the door…
From the minute we walked in the door of D.F.S WE FELT WELCOME. There was no pressure from staff. We walked round store at our leisure, staff showed us to the sofa we were looking for and when we were ready, Amy came to our assistance and told us what we needed to know. Amy also gave us time to make a decision and even to visit other stores in the area. Amy was pleasant and polite, laid out all the options of the furniture we were buying. We were delighted with the purchase and can't wait for delivery.
ELLEN was just as pleasant and polite and very helpful when my daughter decided to buy her furniture.
Well done D.F.S.for employing such pleasant staff.

No pressure customer service
We had a great experience shopping for sofas today at DFS. John was really helpful with no pressure, he left us to walk about and take our time to choose but was always on hand to ask any questions or offer advice.
