DFS helped us select the perfect colour sofa
We recently visited DFS knowing which sofa we wanted but we weren’t sure about the colour. I couldn’t be happier with my new sofa! The quality is outstanding—it’s incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and looks even better in person than it did online. It has completely transformed my living room, and I’ve already had so many compliments on it.
What made the experience even better was the fantastic customer service. The member of staff who helped me was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They made the whole purchasing process smooth and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble.
From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend both the sofa and DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture and first-class customer service especially when dealing with the same member of staff I did. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great sofa & delivery, poor customer service
I got a good price on the sofa and the delivery was great. But there was a leg missing. The delivery guys installed a temporary black one (should be tan). The delivery guys said they ordered a new leg and someone would contact me. No one did, I called and no record of it. I sent photos and they ordered a leg. 8 weeks later, wrong leg was delivered. I went to the store and they ordered a new one. 8 weeks later the correct leg was delivered and I scheduled an installation. They were supposed to give me a time the day before. No contact, but it was a weekend (Monday install). I get a text message Monday morning cancelling the installation. I got a friend to help me install it.
