The first time we walked in to the store Richard looked after us and answered all our questions, when we went back to make our purchase, Tina was excellent and explained everything to us and the whole experience was excellent, I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to family and friends! Tina at the Ipswich store was really great, allowed us to browse the store and was on hand if we had any questions. When we asked a question she was very polite and knowledgeable. Tina made us feel really comfortable and offered us regular refreshments, which is always a bonus.
Tina gave us all the information for us to take away and do the appropriate measurements.
We have a closer store in Colchester but chose to go back to Tina as she made us feel so welcome.🤗
