Exceptional service
What made our experience great was the service, Ross was the person that helped and later in the car, we spoke of what an amazing salesman he was, he didn't push us in anyway shaoe or form to take out extra insurance or buy something we didn't want and we ended up getting more than what we needed as he was so open and honest with us. Very informative, very kind and didn't bombard us with a ton of irrelevant information. 10/10 to Ross and a 10/10 to the venue, it was very well presented and had exactly what we were hoping to find in regards to the perfect sofa for us.

Richard was amazing! Could not fault him! Made me and my partner feel at ease. Described everything in simple terms. Wasn’t pushy. Explained things properly. Answered all my questions! We went to the Ipswich store to just have a look at some sofas the first staff member greeted us but weirdly never got up to greet us.
We had a short look around then Alex came out and couldn’t be any more helpful we were only going in for a look and ended up spending £4500.

Friendly staff and wonderful environment
recently visited the DFS sofa and furniture store and had such a great experience. I really loved the environment, it felt welcoming and comfortable. Our experience with tina
Tina made me, my partner and son feel welcome considering we were young she did a fantastic job in explaining every detail not hesitating to repeat things. We went in with options in mind and she found the sofa for us in under 2 minutes it was a perfect experience.
