Our experience
We saw a sofa we loved and came back to order it, we were helped by Beth, she was lovely, so welcoming and very helpful and explained the whole process and care for the sofa to us, she was very thorough and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The store is set out lovely with an exceptional choice of furniture, we we're able to wander around without being put under pressure, staff we're very helpful and answered all our questions with great knowledge, with special thanks to Sahil from the fosse park store nothing was too much trouble for him we're given tea and coffee and felt relaxed, we look forward to our furnitures arrival, customer service was impeccable.
