We had gone in to the store in Measham on Saturday but wanted to think about a purchase, no pressure was put on us. We went back in on Monday and decided to buy the chair we had seen. Met Kate who was very professional who went through our options. Happy customers

Walked into the showroom and Jacqui came over to us and pointed out where the different furniture was situated. On choosing our sofa, Jacqui sat down with us and went through all the details with us, from colours, leather thickness sofa care and any extras we may desire. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease from walking in to walking back out. Thank you.

We're came to measham DFS this morning and saw the settee ,it was the first thing we tried and we were sold,we came back in the afternoon and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who has in my opinion excellent customer service skills,she went through the whole process with us and put us at ease ,the settee we bought is a flaxon and also a raveena swivel chair and stool
