A lot of the stitching is very lose some not tied off properly. Seats looking flat after 24 hours.
No fabric care kit delivered.

Dan was great showing us all the appropriate chairs he thought might be good for my brother. No question too small. We decided on lazyboy in the end good quality and lovely choice of fabrics. My brother was extremely pleased with his purchase thank you Dan

Ordering instore was a bit of a pain. They take ages to fill in all your details and check, double check and triple check every detail, then get someone else to check, then tell you once it's ordered it can't be changed as though you're a 5 year old. Although in our case it turns out it can be changed as they had made a mistake! Personally, if I were to use them again, I would order online. The item was ok when it was eventually delivered. Delivery times are as stated, but seem to take ages.

We were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Damien. Incredibly helpful and very patient with all of our questions. Gave us the time we needed to make out decisions and we bought a fantastic sofa!! Just waiting for delivery.

Customer service

Excellent customer service, Dan was very friendly and professional. He was not pushy, he showed us the options and went through all the information clearly, we were able to ask questions, offered us refreshments, all in all it was a very satisfying experience.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We explained what we were looking for and pointed in the right direction. We were then left alone with no pressure at all to buy. We decided on a bundle and Sebastian came over to assist us. He went through every detail of the purchase with us and answered all of our questions. A very pleasant experience for a pricey shopping trip.

Had a very nice and friendly man that was dealing with us today . He was very knowledgeable about all that we asked him. Would highly recommend this store. And we even had a free hot drink ☕️

A sales lady called FRANCIS who made the whole experience so easy and fun. This lady responded well to various joking around by my elderly husband who said she could be his next wife as she was so nice. Wonderful to see a salesperson being human...not machine like. She had the patience of a saint, unlike the next store along who had a slightly pushy salesman. We left that store. Now to practicalities. DFS easy to identify along a parade of stores just outside Poole. Leval access to air condition store,lots parking directly outside, including disable spaces. Good store layout with offers of liquid refreshment and a loo....whilst testing the furniture. Reasonable array of alternative product colours available. We were offered various Combinations to suit our specific requirements. Staff around, but NOT pushy, just very informative and on hand if needed.
