As soon as the sale was made, all the helpfulness ended. Our sale was dependent on having a separate battery pack for a reclining sofa. Antonio assured us he would order this separately and then handed us over to a different person. I was told Antonio would phone back the following day to confirm the battery order. The sofa is useless to us without to this. 4 days later no call back. On hold for ages to call centre and they cannot get through to their own store! I have been told to wait a further 72 hours for a call back. When I asked how to escalate this, I was told through the store. That would be the store neither I or the call centre can contact. Ridiculous and completely dismissive of the customer. So disappointed.

When you see the reply from DFS below. The number provided was the same as I originally called and no one was able to get through to the store again. I can only repeat my comments above. Shocking and only looking at what customers will read. Let me be clear - no resolution and no help.

I had a good idea of the type of sofa I wanted and the salesman was very helpful and helped me to decide.

I had Adam serve me the first time I went in and he was lovely. I informed him I’d be back Saturday and I was. The Saturday I sat there for 30 minutes and walked around three times not a single person helped me. Luckily Adam came by again and sold me the sofa I wanted. Thankyou Adam

Very polite , friendly and well trained sales assistant. Was able to answer all our questions and had an expert knowledge of the products available.

The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and spoke about my needs and what was best for me.

Your salesperson answered my question on the riser chair efficiently and then sorted out the sale in a very quick and pleasant way.

There is a wide range of sofas with lots of choice. Sraff are always very helpful but give you space at the same time. Kerry offered great advice and was very helpful in helping us make a decision.

I was asked if I required help of which I excepted and I was looked after professionally and without pressure by Adam.

At first we went into the showroom looking to purchase a sofa and did find it a little hard to find what we were looking for on display. It was a little hard to work out what options were available for each type of sofa - eg if it came in a sofa bed or corner sofa options etc. However- Joe came to help us and we can not praise him enough- he was so patient, answered all our questions, listened to what we wanted and showed us different styles that matched what we were looking for. As if this was not enough- he went that extra mile to make us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. He held up samples and interchanged the display cushions to illustrate my colour scheme. Measured out our room in relation to the sofa so we could decide what size to buy. He did such a good job we actually decided to buy 2 sofas! One for the living room and another for our children’s playroom!!
