Highly recommend
Nicky was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable about the range of sofas, not pushy with a sale and had a great sense of humour. He gave us plenty of time and space to wander around but was never too far away if we had questions. Excellent service and I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.

We went to DFS today to look at sulphur’s. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The lady we spoke to was called. Jackie, I will give her a pay rise she’s such a wonderful lady. I will definitely be caring that again thank you to DFS. And the manager who came to make sure everything was okay it’s so easy to talk to nice guy.

Really nice and relaxed, non pressure sales experience. Colin (sorry think this was his name!) has a great manner and built rapport easily, very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall good experience and looking forward to our new sofa!

Good range of furniture and carpets. Well displayed. Salesman Nicky was friendly, able to advise on the product range.
He provided information and allowed us time to consider what we wanted to buy. This is quite unusual, he checked back on progress several times and provided drinks. We made the purchase.
