Very friendly and helpful

I have just visited the Stockton branch, assisted by Rav & Toni. They were absolutely fantastic people; helpful, knowledgeable and patient; offering advice and tips around getting the best options available to suit my requirements. No pushy sales; more akin to buying from a friend. Given their advice I opted to make a purchase there and then; thank you both so much; a wonderful experience and a real credit to the store.

As soon as we walked through the door we were kindly greeted by Warren. He was very friendly and informative. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but he was on hand to answer any questions I had.

The worker was amazing support and the furniture seems ok from a far.
Only downside was that on the day of delivery the email there was a glitch in the tracking system and it said it had been delivered with no call but when I rang up they said still on way then I received a Curtsie call so I can arrange someone to be there on collection
