Disappointment
Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the service. The lad who served us was arrogant. When I pointed out to him that he was pronouncing my surname incorrectly, he said, ‘We’re in the UK and this is how it’s pronounced here, and that’s that.’ I felt very offended. It was very unprofessional. On top of that, he misled us by offering additional services and quoting an incorrect price. All in all, I won’t be going back to that shop.

Found our dream sofa thanks to the team at the Wednesbury store
We popped into the Wednesbury store to look for our dream sofa, as we wanted to find the right piece to fit into our newly renovated home. Couldn’t wish for better customer service and knowledge, no pushy salesman at all just let us browse at our leisure and helped us when we needed it. We came across the Lorenzo sofa, it was exactly what we were looking for. The friendly sales team provided an excellent service, giving us in depth information about the sofa and the after care options we could chose from. We are very happy with our choice and cannot wait for DFS to deliver our new soda. Would highly recommend this store if you’re after a new sofa.
