I purchased a gorgeous ring and it was delivered in the expected time frame. Good communication through the process.

The ruby isn't as red as I expected. There is a pink hue to it that I was unaware of being a possibility. If I had wanted a pinkish stone, I would have ordered one. Otherwise, the ring is well made. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was appreciated.

Order was delayed and the stone was cloudy.

This is my second time ordering from them. The quality is excellent. Will continue to order jewelry from this company.

I blundered in measuring the ring size and ordered a ring much to small. I was pleased that Diamondere stood by their pledge to send me the correct size.

My experience was smooth sailing, the piece arrived exactly when it was meant to and it's exactly what I wanted.

Very good support, confirms financial aspects of the transaction. Ring is beautiful. Also, got lucky according to my certificate of authenticity. My gem size must have been out of stock or something as the jeweler listed certification shows a .65 carat increase from what I ordered, also a .05 increase in the diamond carats. Ring looks gorgeous, sizing is perfect in all aspects from wear to look and integrity. Not sure if I’m 100% of the carat weight meaning or if there’s a difference but its perfect.

They followed the instructions and design I was looking for. I wanted my fiancé’s ring modeled after the one he created with this same company only different colour scheme. They were able to accommodate my price range with the gems I was looking for to put on the ring. Different from what he had put on mine.

Plus delivery, I looked on the page and it stated an ETA of 5 days passed the original Delivery date and it surprisingly came on the original date even passing through customs super quick!
I started my journey June 30’th, and went through a few changes, but I wanted his ring perfect. I was a little hesitant after finding out it was coming from Thailand; because of customs usually taking forever. But it shipped July 20’th and arrived July 22nd!!

Just got my ring and like what i see, a lot! Will take some time to see how it stands up but feel sure it will prove as durable as it is beautiful. Thank you, Diamondere.
