If there was the ability to provide 6 Stars, I definitely would. Cannot say enough about our Salesperson Tang and the entire Crew at Diamonds Direct. She has been extremely helpful with our Wedding ring purchases! We are so pleased with our selections and the outstanding service that we received from her throughout the entire process. Diamonds Direct is the place to go for your engagement/wedding rings! Astrid was AMAZING to work with! She was extremely friendly, professional, personable, patient and offered us drinks from their bar as soon as we walked in. She was able to help us narrow down our search for the perfect diamond solitaire and had the one we wanted shipped in just 2 days later. Also, their 'buy a natural diamond, get a lab grown of equal or better for free' deal really sold us. Where else in the city can you get this offer and level of service? Only Diamonds Direct. Astrid even put a rush on my ring and had it set for our wedding in literally 3 days from when we picked it out as a surprise for me! Angie was fabulous as well. You can tell they really genuinely care about their customers. The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a huge selection. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the entire process was. We will be long time customers for sure!

I began my journey searching for the best engagement/proposal ring a little over a month ago. Being that this is my first time going through a process like this, I brought along my mother to help assist me in this endeavor, and to also provide a female's perspective on the potential ring. We scheduled an appointment, and thankfully we were partnered with Mona, THE BEST associate they have to offer at this specific location.
From the beginning, she was very informative on how the decision-making process usually goes when picking a diamond for any occasion. She was very comfortable with explaining, in detail, the importance of each diamond element (the carat, clarity, color, & cut) and how weighing each category subjectively can provide you with the diamond you are dreaming of buying. With me, being a novice in this aspect, I felt very comfortable asking her my questions, and her responses were delivered very well.
When it came to deciding on which style of ring and how many diamonds I wanted, she showed complete devotion of her time and energy towards me getting exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. That type of service is RARE, so to receive that type of guidance and dedication in order to fulfill my dream ring scenario was a blessing that I am truly grateful for!!

Aside from that, she was very personable and easy to talk to. A lot of times in the sales field, you sometimes come across sales associates who are overly aggressive and make you feel like just a customer instead of an actual person. This was not the case with Mona. She took the time to hear the vision that I wanted for the ring, and then she transformed that vision into a reality, of which I will be forever grateful!!

Lastly, when it was time for me to see the finished product and pick up the ring, she was doing everything possible to make sure that the end result was what I had conjured up when I first began this process (which of course it was!!). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Mona's guidance and energy throughout the process and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services to anyone seeking to buy jewelry from Tyson's Diamonds Direct!!!

A few months ago I got online to start shopping for an engagement ring with no real knowledge of what is what. I started chatting with a person on the website thinking that I was really just talking with a bot or someone who had no real care. I was definitely incorrect. I was chatting back and forth through the day and ended up getting busy at work and forgot to reply. After losing my wedding ring years ago, we decided it was time to get new rings. We went to your Baybrook location and were assisted by Danielle. SHE IS AWESOME!!! Knowledgable and so engaging, she found the perfect rings for us. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of purchasing an engagement ring, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We expressed our budgetary constraints to Justin Lehn, and the range of options not only fit our budget but also exceeded our expectations on what was possible.

Justin was also able to provide a lot of knowledge on the rings and diamonds which helped our lack of experience as this is our first and hopefully last time purchasing an engagement ring. His number on his card was 872-342-6663 and he worked on the Preston Road Location in Dallas. We plan to come back in a year for our wedding bands.

Recently I visited the Leawood Ks. store inquiring about purchasing silicone sizing strips for rings. My wife and I were helped by Ms Harvey at the Leawood store. Ms Harvey not only showed us the sizing strips but applied the strips to my wife's ring at no charge. The professional customer service performed by Ms Harvey is not always found in today's market place. She was more than willing to help us. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Diamonds Direct.

I was blown away by how nice all of the employees were upon my first visit searching for the right diamond. It didnt take long for me to realize this was the place i would end up buying the diamond from and designing the engagement ring for my soon to be fiance. Alex (Alexandra) at the Houston Galleria location was beyond amazing and she helped me in every way possible to ensure i found the right diamond exceeding all expectations i had. She never steered me wrong and when the day came to surprise propose to my fiance she was blown away by the diamond i picked out and setting i had designed by Diamonds Direct. 5/5 experience and i would recommend Alex at the Galleria location to anyone and everyone searching for the right person to help make their ring search/special day exceed expectations. The location itself was very nice and management along with the rest of the staff all had the same helpful goal and good vibes to make you feel at ease.

Stopped by the Indianapolis location to ask about a charm I needed the loop repaired so that I wouldn’t loose another charm! Vanessa listened and went back to ask the Jeweler, Kate if what I was wanting could be done, how long to do the repair and a cost for the work. Vanessa came back with my charm attached like I wanted and the loop closed like I requested! Diamond Direct Family took care of my needs without hesitation, done in mere minutes and didn’t charge me for the very quick repair!! This is why I choose to shop there and talk about how great they are to all my friends and family. Kris, checked and cleaned my rings while I waited…love, love, love Diamonds Direct!!!

What made my experience great? KIM! Kim was absolutely fantastic. My now Fiancé and I went into Diamonds Direct looking to replicate a ring that we found online. We wanted a very specific colored Sapphire and Kim was beyond helpful. She reached out to many different vendors and brought in well over 20 different colored sapphires for us to choose from. The amount of time and dedication she took to make sure we got everything we wanted and were able to stay in our price range was amazing. We set a budget from Day 1 and Kim strictly followed it, there was no pressure to pay more. Kim was able to take a simple screen shot of a ring we found on google and bring it life. Thank you Kim !

I bought a bracelet and had a great first experience but when I came back to pick up the bracelet I decided to use the extra diamonds to create a ring. I let them take my diamonds without receiving any receipt or documentation from there and they said they would reach out by Friday. The following Tuesday comes around and no one has contacted me. I call in on Tuesday and they say they will send me a mock up on what the ring will look like for my approval and the cost estimate. Thursday comes around and I still havent received a mock up or estimate. I called back and the req I worked with is out of the office today and the receptionist was very rude and not understanding. This experience surrounding the last of communication with the ring has tainted and overshadowed my positive experience buying the bracelet.

Craig really helped me a lot in finding an engagement ring. Made the process really easy. Everything went perfect.

Justin was my salesperson, he was so friendly, outgoing, knew what he was talking about when I asked him different questions about diamonds. He is very knowledgeable. The training that he was provided is excellent. He also knew somethings about the Rolex watches. If he didn't know the question, he asked and gave me the correct answer.
