Digital Converters Bewertungen

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed seeing my dad’s old cine films again. Lots of memories. Lovely to have them on my laptop whenever I want to see them again. Cost a fair bit, but priceless really. Ann

These are really 5 star. Customer care and delivery. Family were able to watch some memorable family stuff with my elderly mom the weekend. Thought my videos were lost forever.

Thank you so much.

Second review from me about this great company.

Sent my mini dv tapes to be converted on Saturday 28th March, arrived at the company on Monday 30th, completed order returned to me by Thursday 2nd April.

Each tape had been converted onto its own dvd,(other formats were available), and were enclosed in a Hama fabric case.

Some of my tapes were 20 years old, but the quality of the conversions are excellent, and it is wonderful to see memories of my family again.

I can highly recommend using this firm, from initial contact to return, I could follow the progress of my order on a dashboard, and the customer support were prompt to answer my queries.

Absolutely fantastic service, kept me upto date on every inch of the process. Turn around was exceptionally brisk. Good to see 35 year old home Video's. Highly recommended.

I've now placed three separate orders with Digital Converters involving several DV camcorder tapes, CDs and c. 4,500 photos. I've been exceptionally pleased with all of them. The website is helpful, the photo scanning first class, the tape & CD conversions excellent, turnaround times prompt, the pricing competitive and the customer service outstanding. I've subsequently recommended the company to two other people who have also placed orders and been equally impressed. Its rare for a company to receive so many 5 star reviews as this one but you can see why. If only other companies could learn from this one.

Wow I had abice and beyond first class service from Digital Converters.. need 4 rolls of film from 1937 in digital version by 18th March they arrived a few days ago .. amazing service snd the quality was incredible., thanks so much ..

I have been thinking about converting camcorder tapes to digital for ages, but didn't get round to it. I wish I had done it years ago.
Everything was so straightforward, communication was good, turnaround quick, quality great.
I should have done it years ago but didn't know where to send them. So if you are thinking about it, do it now and send them to Digital Converters.

We sent you a very old reel to reel tape from my father in laws days at the BBC big band, 50+ years ago !
Not valuable but irreplaceable, so we were nervous
We were kept informed at every stage, and the process was very smooth and efficient.
The recording was transferred to cd and data stick.
We received the recording back and my father in law really enjoyed the trip down memory lane. The quality was excellent.
We will definitely be using you again
thanks

If I could rate higher I would. Incredible service from beginning to end. I was apprehensive about sending my precious VHS tapes but from the first interaction with customer service right through the whole process I was given great guidance. I have now got 14 vhs tapes digitised in under 2 weeks. Amazing value for money, faultless service in every aspect - highly recommend and will use again. Thank you !

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Everything was explained in a simple informative format. I wanted a VHS cassette recording transferred to a memory stick and the quality of the result is excellent. All my memories retrieved within a week at an exceptional price.
This company is truly remarkable and I would recommend them to everyone.

Making memories come back to life. Had numerous camcorder tapes which I had not seen for many years. Opted for this services and was very happy . They guided me through from start to finish kept me updated on the order and the results. Recommend them to all my friends and family that have the camcorder’s tapes stored away .

I reached out beforehand by email and they were incredibly clear and helpful. They helped me restore my mother's wedding video after she recently passed away and I'm so grateful and thankful for what digital converters managed to do. I tried myself and the video was corrupted but I sent it off and it came back in perfect condition and now I can relive those memories forever. I'm so grateful for what they have done, at a reasonable price, would absolutely recommend again and to friends.

This was the best money I’ve spent! It’s been amazing to watch our old family videos and Digital Converters was seamless and very responsive and friendly.

Quick turnaround and I'm so happy I had a cine film of a family wedding and holidays in the 1960s converted before it deteriorated further.

Highly recommend! Getting some old family videos converted was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Me and my now grown up daughters got to watch them all taking first steps, celebrating 1st birthdays as well as Christmases. The joy it brought to us all was worth every penny spent. You cannot put a price on memories. My eldest daughter will be 30 next week so to suddenly see her 1st birthday brought to life again, was emotional.
Amazing work by the company, and I’ve now ordered extra copies! I cannot thank them enough for bringing these memories to life again.

What a brilliant company. They transferred my late parents cine films to digital. It was so moving to see them as young newly weds and to see our whole family on various holiday. Mark in Customer Service was outstanding. The whole experience could not have been better. I have many more films and videos that I will be sending! Thank you to all involved. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Just received my first order back today. Excellent quality and exceptional customer service. To be sent an email at each stage of the process was very much appreciated. Will now select more slides for my next order.

Excellent service. Right from the start, full instructions on correct way to package tapes, how to arrange collection, confirmation of delivery and email notification of completion including how successful the conversion was, in my case 100% despite the original tapes being”lost” for years and some had mould on them!
Cannot fault the entire service, fantastic to know of a company that cares and delivers the promise. Not many around anymore!
Your company deserves to grow based upon service excellence. Thanks Phil Fletcher

From the 1st initial contact through to receiving my items was impeccable, professional and without fault. I will certainly recommend Digital Converters to family, friends and colleagues.
100% satisfaction.

I now know why DC gets so many 5* reviews. You are kept fully informed throughout the entire process. Brilliant service and comes highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!
