Initial experience has been good. PC performs well.
Ordering and delivery were within the times set out on the website. Slight issue with a mains cable not being supplied but rectified very quickly. Competitive on price/specification combination.

A great experience with a great company
One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Any issues were dealt with brilliantly and Kate really went above and beyond to find a resolution that suited us - she is a real asset to Dino PC and an excellent ambassador for the company.

Ordered 5950x Received 5900x..
Ordered a AMD Ryzen 9 5950x in November, I finally got a email in April saying its been dispatched. I finally get the parcel in the post to only find they sent the wrong item. (5900x) and it wasn't till I rang up and complained that the wrong item was sent.
I was told they don't know if they have any in stock and I will have to keep that processor or send it back so I sent it back for a fu refund.
Customer service from Tom and Kate was excellent when emailing or phoning just a shame they sent the wrong item after months of waiting and they still don't know when they will be getting any.
In the end I had to buy one from Ebuyer.

Ordered a replacement fan for an old computer (purchased the desktop from dinopc 10 years ago). Product was at great price and well packaged. Postage was quite slow but this is likely due to me being based in NI and that i was ordering over the easter holiday period, so maybe out of their control. Will purchase again

First time using them, ordered computer part arrived quicker than expected, website can be a bit slow but thats probably due to volume traffic, would 100% use again.

Ordered a monitor that was in stock and got cancelled two days after
Ordered a monitor from here which was in stock. Overpriced as well but decided to buy here as there was nowhere else who had the monitor in stock. Two days later they cancelled the order!? Why put it in stock and cancel if u don’t have the item in the first place. Misleading and a waste of time !!
