Dive Right in Scuba did an excellent job repairing my Drysuit and sending me updates. The turnaround time was reasonable and the quality of the diagnosis and repair was quite good.
Second purchase but won't be the last!
This is my second purchase from DRIS and I couldn't be happier. I sent my drysuit in for inspection and repair and they were really easy to deal with, responsive, and did a great job. This order I had an item back ordered and they were quick to let me know and give me the choice to wait for everything or send it in 2 packages. Great customer service and sense of humor! (They have the best "your order has shipped" emails)

Talked to a salesperson and he suggested replacement
I agreed and sent it back ( paid mailing )
Got new one and it fit even worse
When I returned a second item ( paid for both shipments the price of shipment to me was reduced from reimbursement
I can survive lost if $11.50
I did not like the fact that I asked if I need to pay shipment if the second item would not fit and got the answer shipment to me is always free
If I would just return the item I would not get into the situation
Reached to customer service and got an answer because I am returning it the shop will charge me both shipments
Bottom line : lost money and lost trust that I am treated as “customer for life “
But I lost $11.50 will survive . I spend much more on my scuba purchases in a year . I am afraid in this case the store lost more

Free shipping is only free if you keep the product. If you need to return they charge back what they pay for shipping. Other online stores just ask you to return and eat the cost of the original free shipping. I will explore other options before I buy from this store again.
