I would highly recommend. also do call customer service as they have a number of websites and without a doubt they will have what you're looking for even if you can't find it on the website! Brilliant!

10 days for delivery and no response to emails. False information provided, along with weak excuses.
Poor all-round.
In my opinion,Director loves to apportion blame to all other parties, rather than be accountable for his own mismanagement. Aggressive and downright rude individual. Director demanded I deleted my honest review, to which I said no. Now he chooses to harras me via email. Bully boy tactics don't work on me, but keep trying if it makes you feel any better. Personally, I think you should spend your time on something a little more productive, but the choice is yours. Clearly, the truthful review has exposed your abysmal attitude and what I see as your deceptive undertakings. I feel some management courses may help you with "some" of your issues.
Face up to the facts. You cannot cover up the truths with pathetic and false comments.
Avoid at all costs, for your own sakes.

Very competitive priced products.
I placed an order for three radiators of which two were from Reina, on a Saturday night.
On Sunday I found out that the manufactured Reina products get measured at a delta rating of T70.
Reina is clearly a dodgy manufacturer providing there output rating based on delta T70. Products that conform will have a CE mark (Conformité Européenne) but importantly B2-EN442 states by law, that all hydronic radiator and towel rail outputs are tested and presented at Delta T 50° or ΔT 50°.Luckily Mick from DKB team was happy to cancel the order and provide a full refund on Monday. It was clearly not the fault of DKB that Reina doesn't even make it clear that there output delta rating of their radiators is based on a questionable T70 basis rather than the standard T50...Thanks again to the DKB Team for a brilliant customer service!

Had to return a metal toilet roll holder that was scratched and defective because the ring at the top was misaligned. Sent photos of the defects, they agreed to collect it. Got sent an EXTREMELY RUDE email from the company director when they got the product back telling me that they had fixed the defects and that I should’ve done that myself by polishing the scratches and “bending it back into position” which is not even possible. Also stating that they will cover the courier cost as a “goodwill gesture”!! I told them in no uncertain terms that their behaviour was completely unacceptable and that they should have fixed these issues themselves before sending it out instead of expecting customers to be experts in fixing product defects. They also stupidly stated that the product they sent me was perfect whilst also stating how they corrected the issues with it?!! I won’t ever purchase from them again.

Returned a kitchen bin that wouldn't fit in the cupboard. It was damaged in transit, but they wouldn't refund, as they said it was my responsibility. I returned it in the same poor packaging they sent it in. Rude and abrupt communication by email. Belatedly read these reviews afterwards; I should have read them first. Now they've got a bin with a tiny dent they can resell at a small discount, and I'm 60 quid out of pocket. didn't get a refund from Hermes as they said the packaging was inadequate. I sent it back in the same packaging I received it in from DKB Elegance.
