Spoke to a gent called nick, he was an awesome guy so helpful, the website didn't list the parts I needed and he went out of his way to contact honda UK to see stock, then rung me and also added the products to the website at what was also the best price I could find, absolutely recommend this place and will be using it in future, excellent communication and very fair pricing
This is a family run firm and you can tell, every part of your buying experience matters to them even though they sell hundreds of bikes, I felt fully safe and secure paying money to them before receiving bike.

It took about 15 minutes to install the Saddle Bag Kit to the Honda Monkey and based on the service provided by Doble I shall place a further order for the rear rack very shortly.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Ian and the outstanding experience I had while discussing the purchase and potential import of a motorcycle from the UK to Sweden.
From our very first conversation, Ian was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained the entire import process clearly, and was always honest and transparent in his communication. His willingness to help and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with importing the motorcycle, I genuinely regret not having the opportunity to complete the purchase and meet him personally. People like Ian are hard to find — trustworthy, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a motorcycle or dealing with imports. You can expect clear communication, integrity, and a very positive overall experience. I wish him continued success and hope we may have the chance to work together in the future.

I got an Indian chieftain it was delivered on a Friday after being checked over in the workshop and the fork seals starting leaking on the Saturday and the rear shock lost all pressure and clutch slipping . I contacted them on Monday to tell them with issues with the bike and they arranged for the bike to be picked up yesterday Wednesday the 13th and they had arranged a courtesy bike. The bike is a little 471cc bike I am not a little bloke at all and I am used to commuting on 1000cc and above that’s the whole reason I got a big 1800 cruiser. The bike struggles with my commuting I might aswell have a scooter. I phoned to say the bike just isn’t adequate for my size or my journey now I will have to rent another bike and be out of pocket even more money. And all I got was yeah well that’s life.

I initially purchased my new bike from Doble Honda in Feb 26 as part of a part exchange (PX). The Sales Team (Paul Styles) was keen, proactive & conscientious initially, which very much impressed me to be honest. There was a caveat in that I had to wait until circa 20 Apr 26 to have my new motorcycle delivered (at additional cost).
By the end of Apr 26, I’d heard nothing so I phoned Doble Honda Sales where I was told they would endeavour to find my Vehicle Sales Order (VSO) & get back to me. The Business Manager (Rob May) did eventually get back to me explaining my bike had now arrived & that they would deliver it to me in May 26.
During the PX delivery, I noticed that my new bike had the wrong seat (black not tan-brown) & the VRN plate was in a poor-quality state (see photos). The delivery team (Larry +1) assured me that my correct seat would be sent out the very next day, as per the VSO (tan-brown). After inquiring again later on with the Business Manager via email for some clarity as to whether this action had occurred, I heard nothing back so I liaised with the Sales Team via email where I was eventually apologised to for the bike not being as per my VSO (poor quality of VRN plate & wrong seat). They also explained that replacement seat could not be sourced for maybe a couple of weeks or so, by which time I’d felt totally let down & frustrated.
In the end, I ended up paying well above the RRP for a bike that did not meet the agreed VSO & consequently, purchasing a ‘quality’ VRN plate & ‘aftermarket sales’ seat myself.
Issue; throughout this whole process, I felt I was always the one chasing for things to get done & whilst you’ll hopefully get there in the end, without chasing the whole process would’ve taken even longer & I would’ve still ended up with a suboptimal bike that didn’t meet with the agreed VSO. I guess what I’m surmising is that Doble Honda are very quick to sell you vehicles but not so good at after sales management & communication? This is considerably disappointing because I’m not one to give negative views, but in this instance, it deserves one.
