I need the manged services with 24 hours support and here DomainRacer offers very good pricing for their managed cPanel hosting with great affordable pricing that matches my budget and requirements.

I had a very bad experience with this hosting company.

After every 15–20 days, serious server issues occur. The downtime is not short-term — many times the website stays down for 24 to 48 hours or even longer, which is completely unacceptable for any business website.

The support team is extremely poor. They do not properly investigate issues and mostly send generic, copy-paste replies. There is no sense of urgency, even when websites are completely down.

To “fix” the problems, they migrated servers and changed IP addresses without proper planning or notification. After this migration:

DNS was incompletely configured

Server settings were misconfigured

Many website features stopped working

Google could not access important files like robots.txt

Because of this mismanagement, my website ranking dropped, traffic decreased, and I suffered direct loss of earnings. Despite repeatedly explaining the impact, the hosting company showed no responsibility or concern.

Frequent downtime, unstable servers, unprofessional support, and careless migrations make this hosting provider unsafe for any serious website or SEO-based business.

I strongly do not recommend this hosting company if you value stability, uptime, and proper technical support.

For my application development I need a infrastructure with managed services and I got their cPanel managed VPS plan that support all my hosting related work with all licences setup, i only have to work on my development part without any issues.

I am having multiple services with DomainRacer, and recently one of my shared hosting services not working due to ip blocking from Jio Network, it's create a issue for me and after waiting 24 hrs DomainRacer team changed my server ip now it's working. Hope I will not getting this issue in future.

I am their new user with a reseller account. The service has been down for the last 48 hours, as they claim the issue is with routing via Hathway and Jio networks. I have asked for a refund. No answer on that and the ticket raised continues to be "in progress."

Forex VPS of DomainRacer, has enhanced my trading execution speed. the server has improved quick market access by reducing the latency of my trading platform. I run my VPS 24x7 and never having any stuckness or other issues that I have with privious provider.

I am their user from last 3 year and using their reseller hosting plan. All are good and support is also fine. I asked their management for additional discount but they denied for additional offer or give promo code.

I love the quality of their USA Forex Server, their AMD server gives extreme services and my meta traders application works very well on their server. The network of their server is also very fast and responsive. I like their server because they provide the VPS in New York location as I need for low latency.

Working on their server is really fast and responsive experience, because I am using RDP for my ERPs from last 3 years, but the quality of their windows VPS is really fast and responsive. They have affordable and reliable infrastructure that fulfil the requirements without any hase.

The managed vps that I got from their team is working fine and specially thanks to Aditya to setup my SSH with custom ports.

Have been facing this issue since last 1 week and all they have to tell is, "Our DC team has detected hardware failure on the current server and looking at the seriousness of this issue it will take more 8-9 hours to fix it as any wrong move can be catastrophic therefore, it needs to be handled very carefully. We highly appreciate your patience throughout this situation. And we also want to assure you that your data is safe with us."

Since last 60 hours they are giving false promise of 15 hours, 8 hours blah blah blah blah.

Fed up of them and they actually haven't came up with any solution yet.

Pathetic service, lucky it's just a month away from renewal, would better migrate to hostinger rather than being with these idi**s

Recently, I interacted with their support team and they were so quick. I will be here again if their services disappoint me

Im using them with years, but lately they literally destroyed my business. Their servers are more down than up, also takes forever time to load the page. When you contact support, they reply pretty quickly and polite, but you always get a message like "sorry we had a problems about xxx, we are trying to sole the issue asap", and you wait hours and days for your domain to get back online while you are losing precious traffic and money.

Server is ALWAYS down, slow, or has problems that are eventually resolved, but so frequent I'm SHOCKED by so many 5-stars.

Then, they tell you you need to upgrade to their premium service because your site is reaching capacity. My site is only 10 pages and NO shopping cart! How on earth is it reaching capacity?

TOTAL SCAM!!

Also, when you try communicating with them in English, their responses are in such broken English they're barely comprehensible.

Maybe once you upgrade your service to a premium version their service is better, but if you opt for the standard service it's appalling!

I regret ever having signed up for this bottom-feeding host.

I have their Reseller plan and they give very affordable and effective pricing structure for their cpanel plans.
Recently I have an issue with their cPanel and I Raised a ticket, I am happy with their support because That guy Mahesh really help me to out with my problem and provide effective solution.

Horrible hosting service with extremely slow server, keep moving server, inadequate and unqualified resources manage this, never go for it if you need 99.9% uptime

Recently I got their new VPS plas and it's seems very affordable and the server frequency gives different vibe.
now, as per my experience they are best and supportive hosting provider I ever used.

Best LMS hosting with set of all necessary licences at one place. They have very clear object just what we need and where we need. They gives a wonderful hosting solution with user friendly expert support.

Horrible hosting service with extremely slow server speeds (20+ seconds to load pages) and worse customer support. Their customer support is very rude and doesn't communicate professionally at all. When I asked for a refund, they fought not to give it back, and they only gave me a partial one.

I was exploring reviews on services to purchase a hosting plan. Domain Racer seems to have good products but their customer care team is terrible with English Language. It is misleading with the information they send back to you. I inquired if their services cover my location in terms of hosting and the person actually responded and said No meanwhile they actually do cover my location. Am not sure how they will then respond if i have a bigger issue to deal with.
