To update this experience, Donna Ida contacted Royal Mail and it turns out the problem was at their end . Donna Ida kindly refunded my postage. I received the dress which is of excellent quality and fit.

Dear Amanda, I am so sorry to hear that your delivery has not arrived. We use Royal Mail and usually find the service very good. Once we pack and ship your order we are passing it into a trusted delivery partner's hands. I have asked the team to monitor your package and in the meantime to refund your postage. When your order arrives I hope you love it very much! With best wishes to you, Donna
Classy tshirt and super service
As always the service from Donna and her team is exceptional and personal. My new classic puff sleeve tshirt in navy is a generous fit and a stylish accompaniment to my many DI jeans.

Good product Lovely material
Good product Lovely material; colour as expected & like the design- tie is a lovely feature.
Sleeves for me, are too short I'm 5'9" / possibly have longer limbs than average.
Would look classier if sleeves were longer.

Dear Anne, thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. I am so glad you like the Miryam shirt, I am really enjoying mine too! I am sorry that you are finding the arm a tad short, it is standard length and as you say you are lovely and tall which is a blessing. With thanks to you for your order, Donna x

Dear Juliet, I am so sorry that we didn't get your order to you in time from our Sample Sale. It was a very big event which was great, and we always say to allow a couple of extra days for sale to allow for the item to arrive. Having said that, we always do try to dispatch as quickly as possible and I hope you have received your order now. Thank you for shopping with us! Lots of love, Donna x
