Not good returns experience
Lovely items but had to send one top back.
It has not been acknowledged as received so now I’ve got to chase the firm and tracking. But I did find the returns process not good, so I’m not sure if I’ll have the confidence to order again .

As soon as we became aware of the issue, it was resolved straight away. I completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been and I apologise that the returns process didn’t feel straightforward in this instance.

As always, Donna Ida’s clothing is premium quality. Really great designs with the best washes. Customer service is perfect, a true blueprint for all retailers. Perfect for perfect service
I saw these Minnie jeans a while back and was not sure whether to order I did that thing put in my basket to come back to. I ended up buying them finally and so glad I did.
The service was super easy to order and even got a WhatsApp message pre delivery and post delivery very personalised.
Packaged lovely and then the jeans themselves.
I got a size down and could have gone one more down I think. I’m a uk 6/8 and got 25.
The jeans are so soft lovely and a fabulous fit they feel really nice.
They are very long I’m 5 8’ and long on me too, I like that look so happy with it.
I definitely going to order another pair different style and build a little collection!
