Unfortunately after buying and installing door stop doors for probably 15-20yrs the standard has dropped immensely. Every other door that arrives is damaged or assembled wrong.
For example cracked frame and threshold on delivery Thursday & scratched glass panels. Still awaiting reply customer service.
On another 15mm hinge add on missing. Again no reply.

Have to chase up again tomorrow...making it a week since reported and not even heard back.

Superior service after 12 years of door ownership
We have had two Door-Stop composite doors for over 12 years & they look as good today as they did when they were first fitted. Recently the end caps of the drip bar at the bottom of the door fell away & disappeared (hoover or dog!). A quick contact with them resulted in Garry from the company immediately able to identify the part & send it out. With this level of exceptional customer service alongside a fabulous quality of product we wouldn’t hesitate in having Door-Stop doors fitted again, moreover they were always competitively priced. Highly recommended.

How many doors have been sold and its…
How many doors have been sold and its not been picked up that the steel reinforcement is missing from the frame ,a standard requirement in heavy loaded,security doors ..poor quality looks like its been brush painted by kids received my door yesterday and it's struggling frame is already distorting ,a slab needs stability to stop warping be a curly wurly next heatwave🙈🙈🙈

Replacement Door Seals
Contacted Door Stop for replacement seals for the bottom of my front door, the door is over 16 years old.
Not only did they supply the new seals but also provided a diagram and photo of how to fit the new seals and carrier because the original was slightly different.

Very disappointed - don’t buy
Very disappointed with these doors, we bought 3 doors, two of them fitted at front of house next to each other, one has discoloured badly down centre panel, contacted Door Stop and they said we cannot claim under their 10 year guarantee because I have cleaned them with soapy water! The other door has had exactly the same cleaning but is perfectly fine!

Our goal is always to provide high-quality products and clear guidance on maintenance. As outlined in our Homeowner Guide, the door leaf should be cleaned using water and a soft cloth only. This helps protect the finish and maintain the integrity of the guarantee. Using other cleaning methods or substances can unfortunately affect the surface and void the warranty.
To help restore the appearance of your door, we have trialled the use of Polytrol Colour Restorer and are happy to confirm good results. This product can be purchased through Amazon, and you can find it here:

Great service for spare parts
Contacted Door Stop for some screws for our hinges as they are an uncommon size. No questions asked about age etc and screws supplied free of charge. Superb service - thanks to Molly and Eve who dealt with our request!

Excellent after sales service
I contacted the company with a door seal problem. The response was very quick (within 24hrs) with a request for photos to help properly identify the problem. Again response was immediate (thank you Eve) with full instructions on how to resolve the issue. Excellent service even though my door is a few years old now. Thank you

Ian arrived at the agreed time. He had a full understanding of the problem and was able to provide an immediate solution. After dealing with the problem he offered good advice and explanation which hadn’t been offered previously.
The door is now easier to close .

Great fitter for our Solidor refit.
We have just had our door fitted by a very friendly and knowledgeable fitter who went the extra mile to make sure we had a beautiful door that we were happy with. He clearly explained how the door works and how we can keep it in good repair. He was polite and courteous and we are really happy with the service he provided.

My front door and frame had faded quite…
My front door and frame had faded within the 10 year guarantee period. However because the door was purchased by my builder through a third party supplier during our house renovation, door-stop were unable to find my order to verify we were within the guarantee.
The customer service team were very helpful throughout the process and eventually suggested a new treatment being used to restore colour. This was done yesterday and the door now looks amazing, just like new. Very pleased with the final result even if it took a while to get to a final resolution.

Bought a customised door from doorstop…
Bought a customised door from doorstop which is now discolouring within 3 years. This was bought through one of their partner companies that’s gone bust. As the manufacturer, they should honour their guarantees. When I bought the door, it was by reviewing their catalog. Not the 3rd party resellers. It’s a manufacturing defect that has led to the discolouration. Steer clear, as the company will not take responsibility for their product once you’ve paid.

faded door slab
recieved a composite door in 2020 and fitted it for my customer. door looked great and customer very pleased.2 years on the door started to fade . I contacted my supplier who in turn contacted your technical department and after 2 years of beign ignored and fobbed off i recieved confirmation that the door slab would not be replaced as MY customer had not used the right cleaning agent I offer all my customers a 10 year warranty on composite door slabs as offered by door stop. I have now got to replace the door FOC to apease my customer. Absouloutly mortified that you will not honour your warranty
