This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had! I ordered and paid for two boxes of floor tiles which were due to be delivered last week for a customers job. After leaving several voicemail messages and sending several emails over the past week I finally managed to speak to someone today who said they only had one box in stock and they hadn't even sent the box. I asked for a full refund and would never deal with them again!!!

I ordered 15 doors from Doors2Floors and they were super understanding. They allowed me to change my order details twice before delivery, were very responsive to emails and deliver very fast. In fact, it was too fast for me and they allowed me to delay delivery by two weeks to accommodate my work schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

I have read the other reviews and see that some have only praise for the company and others are totally disgusted with them. I wonder if there's a difference because the staff at the different warehouses treat their customers differently. Personally, I will not use them again. My order of five doors went through and they debited my account quickly enough. Four of the doors arrived exactly how I had ordered them but the fifth one was from a completely different range. Trying to get this door replaced was a total nightmare. First I was told it would be in stock on the ... and would be delivered on the ... It did not arrive. After several more of these 'promises' and several emails and phone calls of being told the door would be with me 'tomorrow' I felt I could not take anything this person said as being the truth. He continually told me the door would be with me on a certain date. The door never arrived. Then I threatened legal action. Then the door arrived! The whole experience was very unpleasant, not to mention the fact that I had to alter my plans so that I could be home on each of the days that the door was (not) being delivered. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

Ordered doors from here and received an email to say haulage company will dispatch on... date. The day of they were meant to be delivered , they never arrived. Called haulage company who said they don’t have a delivery for our address. Then called XL joinery who told us doors 2 floors had cancelled the order with them because they already had them in stock. Rang doors2floors, it took several attempts because no one answers the phone there. Finally got through and the bloke couldn’t care less. Was told doors will be delivered the day after. Low and behold they never turned up. Rang several times again, finally got through, to be told doors coming day after that. Finally after lots of chasing up, doors arrived by the end of the week and wanted to deliver them at 8.30pm at night... doors came damaged but couldn’t be bothered with any more chasing and hassling!! Avoid this company at all costs. Poor service is an understatement.

Found these guys online. I had a few questions. The customer service was very professional & informative.
Easy transaction, kept me informed & the delivery services was brilliant.
Ordered on a Friday, delivered Monday (Huddersfield), the delivery company even notified me an hour before delivery, which was great.
The doors themselves are beautiful & now that they are fitted, I love looking at them!
Would highly recommend & I will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service, had trouble with our location but was kept up to date throughout nothing was too much trouble, professional and extremely helpful. The doors themselves were of beautiful quality and a very high standard, I would highly recommend to anyone.

I would have given them one star but the doors are actually really good value. However, the company is just an absolute nightmare to deal with so I definitely wouldn't recommend them. Delivery took ages then when it arrived 2 out of 11 doors were missing and the company kept fobbing me off for weeks about how the doors were with the courier etc when they weren't as I contacted the courier they mentioned directly. Finally they sent the 2 remaining doors but one was incorrect and not as ordered. To cut a long story short, we eventually got all the doors and they are as advertised so no complaints there. If you do use this company, be prepared to have to harass them constantly to actually get any meaningful answers or decent customer service.

We ordered from this company online and we were absolutely delighted with the wonderful customer service. Staff were friendly and there was excellent communication throughout. They were also the cheapest for the doors we wanted.

I would definitely recommend this company to other family and friends.

Hi there I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about buying from these people, There delivery time was supposed to be 10 days got doors 6 weeks later, every single door was faulted! 2 french doors were quarter of an inch narrow they were different thicknesses and had large gouges out of them all of the other doors were marked badly fitted beading and staining issues. These doors could not even be classed as slightly faulted they were a disgrace. When contacting them to arrange replacement or refund discount etc, getting completely ignored.

P.S. these were no cheap and chearful doors ordered these were reasonably expensive!

Buyer beware do not make the mistake I did buy from anywhere else this company really don't care.

Looking for a Mexicano Fully Finished Internal Oak Fire Door and I came across this company. Called to check that he had it in stock and what the delivery times were. Yes and 5 to 7 working days was the answer. I have emailed and called him after this to find out when the door is coming but I have had no response. I suggest you avoid this company.
