Knowledgeable helpful people.
I contacted Ian at Door stuff to identify a handle from a photo of one I had bought a number of years before. This he did and I put an order in for 13 to match. When Ian received the order he noticed that I had ordered the wrong 'finish' and called me to check. I changed the order with him saving a lot of wasted time for us all.

Just the job!
Ordered a door holder yesterday, it was delivered today and I fitted it immediately. It holds the back door open just enough for my puppy to squeeze through the gap but I don't have to have the door wide open. Much more effective than a door wedge which said puppy steals then chews.

Non existent customer service
Ordered a cylinder to match a previous one because the original order numbered the keys different to the doors (un be known to the client) when cylinder 6 was ordered cylinder 4 was supplied and the company refuse to correct it unless the client pays.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have not received the part you needed but we have followed your specific requirements e-mailed to us, you did not question the proforma invoice sent to you nor did you check the cylinder when you collected it from us. The door reference you gave us in your email is fitted with cylinder number 4. The door references and key/cylinder number are clearly laid out in the suiting chart that has been provided to you multiple times. They don't match up as you have multiple door references containing the number 1, 2 ect. and the key numbers need to be unique. As a gesture of good will we did offer a 30% discount on an order to get the cylinder to key number 6 you need.
