It’s a shame you have to leave a star when in reality I would leave none at all.

Terrible company with terrible customer service. The courier caused damage to our home to our brand new door (on the day it was installed) during their delivery. Door superstore claimed they had no responsibility to assist us in the damage claim and months down the line we are no further forward. The items they delivered were also damaged, dirty and unfit for purpose.

The damage was reported immediately and blatant and utter lies have been told throughout their whole “investigation”. Photographic evidence was provided immediately as requested and independent witness statements were refused to even be entertained.

Despite inconsistencies, total lies and forgery of my signature on delivery they still have the audacity to claim that they are totally innocent.

Upon several requests for their complaints procedure and questioning of their credibility of their investigation, no response was given on such items. No apology was given for forgery of my signature which is a serious offence.

We are now left with a £1500 repair bill for our door which they are not interested in.

Terrible company, terrible customer service and down right liars.

Will never use again!!!

For your own sake, go elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs, take your money and run like they have with us.

Totally shambolic!!

Straightforward ordering process, good price for what I wanted, pleasant customer service on phone, reliable and helpful delivery. I’ve used them twice so far.

I needed architrave wider than 70 mm but not as wide as 95mm (common sizes for others). You were the only ones I could find with 80mm wide, and it's longer than the stated 2100 and did the job well. I'm very pleased with it and the doorsets are all looking great.

We had internal doors delivered and during delivery, damage was caused to our property. Despite contacting door superstore immediately to raise this and having 3 independent witnesses, Door Superstore and unwilling to accept liability for this. The delivery company also forged our signature, claiming we were happy with delivery amongst other untrue statements. Door Superstore have been unwilling to co operate and take weeks to respond to emails.

In response to the below response from Door Superstore - it was Phil himself who I originally spoke to and when I was getting nowhere with anyone at Door Superstore, I contacted Trading Standards who were in correspondence with them. Despite Trading Standards contacting them with three witness statements along with photographs of said damage, Door Superstore stated “ No photographs, video footage, or any other objective evidence have been submitted to support the allegation that our driver's actions caused the damage. The witness statements alone do not establish that the alleged damage resulted from our driver's conduct”. They have refused to accept three witness accounts of this to avoid liability. Terrible customer service.

Having made a basic error in my choice of product I was Abel to return the wrong product and order the correct one, custom quoted and still reasonably priced, delivery and collection managed superbly and at no additional cost to me. Cannot say how happy I was with the level of service throughout. Customer service department excelled. Thank you.

Not really good

I will never order from this company again. After ordering my garage door 30 days ago I am still waiting for a confirmation on delivery, when it states delivery between 15-28 days. They contract out to other companies so communication is difficult, always blaming each other. After saying the door would be here yesterday or today, I’ve still not received anything regarding delivery. I emailed and called regarding this and still no one has got back to me.

Gate ordered and delivered quickly thought it was a good price and good quality

Advertised price was not honoured after payment was taken and order confirmation with delivery date confirmed.
Instead they delivered 1/4 of the quantity ordered with a dispatch receipt for the correct quantity ordered. On calling them, they tried to request a further £640 for missing the items, I was informed this was due to a pricing error on the website.
I explained, that should not matter as the advertised price was confirmed at point of sale and after receiving confirmation of order with delivery, the fact they also delivered part of the order with the delivery note at the price advertised, confirms the price was correct at POS.
It then took almost 4 weeks for them to collect the delivered items and a further 3 weeks from collection to issue a refund. They then only refunded me for quantity they picked up at the price they advertised at, meaning I was left £744 out of pocket. It took a further 4 months to get my money back from them!

Ordered one door wrong size which my fault return easy however refund no so swift

We finally got the door up and working. I must say, they are brilliant, great quality doors.

The window was of good quality but took a long time to arrive, about a month I think. I went for the cheapest delivery option but didn't think it would take so long, no problem with the window itself, it was a good fit and to the exact spec I gave them.

Swift delivery - received the door within 2 days of ordering. Door (external) needed a little shaving to fit in the existing frame. The quality of the door appears to be really good. Treated and painted as per recommenadation, hence time will tell more!

Website was easy to use. Had some concerns about delivery because we live in a village but the company was totally reassuring when I phoned. Very smooth delivery.
