Ordered my wedding dress with very fast delivery (which cost more). Was meant to show up on 26th July and did not. Emailed the company and finally after 3 days they responded saying they were only shipping the dress on 4th August and it would arrive 5 days later... I get married on the 8th of august so because of their uselessness, I do not have a wedding dress for my day.

I demanded my money back before I take legal action and within 1 days I get my refund with no reply. They kept $10 but i am just happy I get my money back.

I guarantee any 5 star review is from the scammers themselves.

Dorris Wedding site is a Chinese Scam …DO NOT ORDER!!! Warning sizing are completely wrong and issues, very poor material quality, and impossible return policies.

I actually Love the dress I purchased However it came damaged I asked for a Replacement at no cost to me and sent photos immediately after receiving the Dress it had a large black mark on the dress I ordered They only offered to give me a $15 Dollar credit on a $170 Dress. They won't even replace the dress with one that isn't damaged. I looked at their return policy prior to purchasing it seemed fair But now looking at it it doesn't say anything about damaged merchandise Buyer Beware O also noticed this Company is based in China So I can only imagine if one had a sizing issue or just didn't like they're dress the amount of money to ship it back wouldn't be worth going with this company to begin with I know I wouldn't have ordered from this sight had I know the location prior A damaged product should be replaced period I bought this dress for my sons wedding a once in a lifetime Event Thanks for nothing Dorris Wedding

The dress looked nothing like the picture did, and the fabric was such poor quality. It felt like I was wearing an old vinyl tablecloth. I’m pretty sure my nieces dress up dresses are better quality than this. To top it all off, to send it back cost $250!! More than the dress! Zero stars!!

I orderd a dress using custom sizing. I followed the instructions on Dorriswedding website for taking measurements, which asks for circumferance measurements. Then the dress is too big and they send photos showing measurements of panel. The seamstress doesn't seem to know that measurements provided are circumferance not panel/pattern size. They offer $10 for alterations...Alterations for a dress like this are a lot more than $10!!! Its too bad because the dress was nicer than I expected.

Don't buy from here. Items are shipped from China; the quality is poor, they take a month to arrive, and making a return is impossible—shipping it back to China costs $70. They offer an alternative return option to Mexico, but that turns out to be even worse.

Dress was horrifyingly ugly.
Looked nothing like the pictures. Poor craftsmanship. Cheap materials. Incredibly disappointing. So much for my perfect wedding dress. I was so excited by the beautiful dress in the image I didnt Google any reviews. As soon as I hit the order button I got the worst sinking feeling in my gut.
Run, dont walk, away from this site. Its easy to fake good reviews, bad reviews are almlst always the truth.

I bought a dress through them in late December, and when it arrived it was too big, different from the picture on the website, and very unflattering. The website promises a "super easy" return process but I have been trying to get in touch with them for two months to no avail. I wish I had done more research and feel like a dope for buying through them. Avoid at all costs.

THE DRESS WAS NOT DESCRIBED ENOUGH TO KNOW THE BODICE HAD TO BE WRAPPED AND TIED, COULD NOT BE DONE BY ONESELF.
RETURN IS WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED, CHOICE WAS RETURN TO CHINA, COST IS NEARLY HALF OF PURCHASE, SEND TO A CONSIGNMENT STORE IN MEXICO AND IF AND WHEN THEY GOT IT A PARTIAL REFUND, KEEP FOR $10 OFF. THE SHIPPING LABEL TO ME SHOWED A FLORIDA ADDRESS.

Sleeves were frayed and unfinished. Fabric was not nice feeling, but stiff amd cheap-looking. When I attempted to return it, I was given partial credit offers for "restocking fees" and expensive return shipping options to either China or Mexico. I would not recommend this company unless you're looking for theater costumes or something for Halloween. Not nice at all.

I wasn't sure how a made-to-measure dress from another country would turn out, but it's honestly perfect! The seller replied so quickly, double-checked my measurements, and made the whole process so easy. The dress arrived faster than I thought, beautifully packaged, and fits like a dream.

This is my fairytale dress. The quality is fantastic, and the fabric has such a wonderful feel to it. The seller was also very kind.

The shipping was delayed, but the seller was fantastic and upgraded to express. The dress arrived quickly after that and it's exactly what I was hoping for!

Total Scam!! Do NOT buy anything from this company. It is a scam. The dress looked like it was made by a 4 year old, absolutely awful. Their website has all of these reviews by "anonymous" so another scam. The dress came rolled up in a ball and crammed in a package. The dress is poorly made, the material is dreadful. Their return policy they have on their sight is another scam. You do not return to them. They want you to send to a store in Mexico for a reduced amount of money or they will give you 10 dollars to keep it. It is a complete joke and ripoff. Run from this fake sight!!!

I ordered two of the same dresses in different sizes. They emailed me back saying I couldn't return the dress if I did that and they would hold my order for 48 hours. I emailed and asked them to cancel the order which was over $600.00. They kept my money and never sent me either dress (not that I want them now!). I do desperately want my money back :(

Paid $200 for a dress and it was not true to size. So to send it back u can pay $50 or more and you don’t get a full refund. But I havent gotten any money back and have spent $250 now because they claim they haven’t received the dress and we are going on a month now. Do not order unless you absolutely know it will fit.

My dress is a month late. When I emailed them to inquire where it is, they only email and stated they want my picture Id after I paid for my dress. Now that I question if they’re even a real company because there is no number associated with this company. They took my money out and I never got another response when I requested a refund. No answer from them, no number works (the one they have listed is disconnected) I was scammed. Don’t let it happen to u!!!!
