Everything went perfectly.
Great seats and prompt delivery.

I gotta say, I was so sceptical going into buying these tickets, plenty of reviews out there with a bad experience but so many positive ones as well I figured they all can't be fake!

Anyway I can't speak for their consistency because I've only purchased once but I can say from my personal experience everything was totally fine. Ended up with a phenomenal seat for a great price (I bought last minute, I assume they couldn't sell for a profit so sold at a lost to partially recover their expense)

We had a great evening and thank you Double 8 for upgrading our tickets they could not have been better!!

I had a great seat and saw a great show. I wouldn’t have had such a great seat if I’d booked directly.

The whole experience was expertly handled and trouble free. I even had a pleasant courtesy call two weeks before the event to tell me that my ticket arrival was imminent. I shall be happy to use Double8tickets.com again.

The whole process with Double8tickets is very transparant, the communication is always clear and correct, friendly and personal. It's an asset that you have an office in London, with friendly and helpful staff! Great service, over the past decades, many thanks!

I had to collect my ticket. The staff were very helpful on email and in person.

Absolutely the best way to get tickets in London. Easy process and amazing seats with great amenities.

No communication,
When I purchased tickets they did not tell when will they send me tickets. The show was near and did not send me tickets and I tried to call them they never pickup phone. After sending two times mail they replied. I will never buy from them again. Bad experience.

Looks like my daughter and 2 friends may be victims of this company having bought Taylor Swift tickets for tomorrow evening, 16 August. She paid for the tickets through an Associate of Double8tickets, Angelo Mendocino, in August 2023. Lots of promises that tickets would be transferred 2/3 weeks before then last week then Tuesday this week. Lots of calls and messages yesterday and today and nothing. I'm assuming that Double8 have sold the tickets elsewhere for much more money. I'll retract this review if I'm proved wrong in the next couple of hours but am fuming right now.

Double 8 gave us an exelent service. We arrived late in London and was unable to Pick up the tickets at the Office. Double 8 sent a guy to hans over the tickets half an hour before the show started. We were amazed.

Contacted Double8tickets.com for a Hyde Park Stevie Nicks ticket after Viagogo badly let me down.
I wish I had gone straight to Double8tickets.com in the first place. Very friendly, efficient on the phone, the site was easy to use and I got my ticket to download within a couple of hours after ordering. The VIP Garden ticket was also considerably cheaper than my original one.
Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Fraudsters!!will not be using again!!Purchased 2 tickets for Barry Mannilo at the Palladium first 10 rows!£250!no email correspondence and was chasing for the tickets until the night before the gig.2 x tickets for upper circle came!the very last row😡no reply to emails and phone lines closed as the weekend, even Palladium staff said Doible 8 were dodgy!needless to say never did get a response hence the warning!be very wary of this company.

Greatest venue is for me and a lot of artists the Royal Albert Hall.

The concert was SuperB a memory for a lifetime. Bryan’s 10th time in this music temple

Was nervous at first but the tickets were absolutely great, we had amazing seats. The tickets were delivered just before the event and customer service replied quickly regarding my query. Would 100% use again.

Excellent . Everything as described.

Double eight are always reliable. You know what you are getting when you buy through them

Cannot recommend Double8 highly enough. Have used them for years, never had a problem. Reliable & safe
