We had an outstanding experience with the DUC from start to finish. We had our first call with Jenny in July 2024 and signed up with the DUC in September 2024. We are now living in Perth on a 190 visa (left UK on 10th May)!
For anyone thinking about using an agent I would 100% recommend the DUC and Jenny Baker in particular.

We can't recommend The Down Under Centre enough, especially Jenny Baker! We questioned whether to use a migration agent for our permanent residence visas due to the additional cost and lots of people on facebook groups saying you could do it yourself. However we decided to go with the DUC for peace of mind as we didn't want to put all our money into applying for visas for them to then be declined. And we are so glad we did! From first contact to visa grant was less than a year which Jenny predicted when we first spoke. Jenny has also been a wonderful calm influence all the way through whenever we had a bit of a wobble or the anxiety started to creep in. Thank you so much Jenny and the rest of the DUC team for everything you do. The 7am phone call makes it all worthwhile!

Using the DUC was the best decision we ever made. Our agent, Jenny, made the process so simple and easy from the first phone call. She helped with every step and there was never a question she couldn’t answer. We were initially invited to apply for the 189, but had to withdraw due to personal reasons, however, when we went back to reapply, Jenny made it easy just to pick back up where we’d left off. We’ve just had our 190 visa granted and could not be happier. I don’t know how easy this process would be to do on your own, but whilst working and running a family, it was nice to know that we could leave it all in Jenny’s capable hands. If you are looking for an agent to make your application journey simple and stress free then the DUC is 100% the company to choose.

Tell you what, it's a daunting thought to move to the other side of the world. My wife and I did it and I'm so glad we decided to ask DUC to help us. She is an Aussie and I'm Scottish so we went for a partner visa, which got granted about 10 months after applying for it.

I can confirm from experience that DUC were completely up front and transparent about everything, and there weren't any hidden costs or anything like that. Their very reasonable fee has saved us so much stress and worry and I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Jenny Baker was our migration agent and she has been an absolute star. She broke everything down into manageable steps for us, giving us clear advice and instructions on each part of the process - plus she's been there to promptly respond to our questions the whole time. Obviously it's her job and she's getting paid to do it, but we both really appreciate her personally. She's honestly just helped us so much with this massive move and in such a personable manner, and she's gone above and beyond in her efforts to make this work out for us. What a journey! We had unsuccessfully used two other agencies prior to the DUC, one which went bust during COVID and the other was not able to get us across the documentary preparation stage to start the process.

Without the Down Under center's support and expertise, we would have found it extremely difficult to follow our dreams and apply for the necessary visa to go to Australia. From the start to the finish, they were fantastic and always available to answer any questions and inform us of what stage we were at. The team is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the processes and we are now using a relocation member of the team to locate a suitable house where we as a family want to live.

I only signed up with DUC in December and thanks to the fantastic work done by Vic I received my RRV on 17/1/25 I was amazed by the speed at which it all happened and that is wholly because Vic is so great at what she does and made sense of my very complicated history. Can’t recommend highly enough!
