stumbled across Dpom when visiting a neighbouring business to them and I’m so glad I did! My bookings are through the roof to the point I’ve had to lower my ads budget as I’m booked up
It took a couple months to really gather pace and I very nearly cancelled but glad I didn’t - 4 months in now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made
I am on their lite package which seems to give me the service I need and once I get some more staff I’ll be upgrading to their pro package as long as this all continues

Thank you for the review, it's really appreciated. You make an excellent point in that you were considering cancelling early on yet didn't, and now you're getting great results.
We do try really hard to inform all of our customers that Google Ads can take a few months to really get going and even then, there are no guarentees. We advise all clients to give us 3 months as a bare minimum before judging the viability of an ad campaign - if you don't, it's more likely you'd be disappointed, so I am so happy that you stuck with it!
We'd also welcome you upgrading to Pro, as you spend grows and you require more and more service our packages are designed to grow with you to give you more and more so whenever you are ready, we'd be happy to help in this regard.

I spend around 5000 per month and am subscribed to DPOMs Elite package. Since signing up I’ve seen my CPA go down and my conversions increase without spending a penny more. This company really does exceed where others don't, for instance as a roofer in this current climate customers can be challenging, marketing companies can be challenging but literally from the get go camilla and dpom team have made the pressures of marketing strategies exciting to work with, take it from me there are so many who promise but very few who deliver. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
A truly awful experience. We have double our outgoings with Google Ads but have lost our consistent contacts of 2 to 3 a day.
Instead they have dropped to 2 to 3 a month.
Dpom stated clearly on their website that (on the package we signed up for) not than X amount would be billed on Google Ads.
Without discussion or our consent, Dpom doubled this figure in Google Ads.
I'm sure that there are great companies out there, who can really help with Google Marketing.
But Dpom certainly isn't one of them.
EDIT TO ADD A RESPONSE TO DPOM'S COMPLETELY FICTITIOUS REPLY!
You DOUBLED our monthly to over £1000! If we could upload a screenshot here, we would.
We contacted you telling you that you were bankrupting us because ALL contacts had ceased.
You're disappointed?? Not even a fraction as disappointed as we are in Dpom!!
If only you cared as much about customer support and customer revenue as you do about HONEST feedback.

I am sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our service. As a DPOM STARTER client (Our £95 per month package) the maximum spend that applies to this package is £500 per month. We would never increase your budget without your permission, this is a strict policy and is certainly not the case here. It is possible that there's a billing error on Google's side or someone in your organisation has made a change - in any case, all changes are logged in your Change History and we'd encourage you to check this - it will confirm that we haven't made a change to your budget.
Also, I have checked our records and it appears you've never raised this issue with us at all in fact, the last message we received from you (2 weeks ago) was you letting us know your results had increased since signing up so I am disappointed that you'd raise it on a review site rather than contacting us directly.
I can also see you've removed our access from your Google Ads account which means we can't log in to investigate this.
We'd appreciate the opportunity to resolve your complaint and would appreciate it if you could please email customerservice@dpom.co.uk so we can look into things further.
EDIT: We've reached out to you to offer to fully investigate your concerns with a view to resolving them. You have replied declining this offer however should you change your mind, please let us know and we'll investigate your complaint further.

High hopes but no sales.
We had such high hopes when we signed up with DPOM. Gave it 3 months, over £1800 spent on campaign and DPOM, not a single sale on our site. Because we were on one of their lower packages, they don't speak to us, they sent reports but not much use.

As you are on a DPOM Starter £95 per month package, all communication is performed in our support portal. I can see from viewing this you have engaged with us previously on this portal.
We have absolutely no problem with communicating with you but to date, you have only raised one support ticket and this was answered promptly. We've also invited you to a discussion with every report we've sent however, you've never accepted this offer.
We do offer packages that may be more suitable to your requirements: Our 'Lite' package includes a dedicated account manager and pre-booked calls and our 'Pro' package is a priority and unrestricted service where you can call your account manager at any time.
Regarding performance in general, as we say in our quote, unforutnately, Google Ads doesn't work for everyone (and there are no guarentees) and that's why, as you say, we have always provided reports and these are designed to ensure you are fully advised on the performance of your ads to ensure you can make an informed decision on whether or not to continue with our service. Again, it's worth noting that on the email we send with report we do invite you to raise a ticket to discuss the report in detail - you've never taken us up on that offer however.
We also don't appear to have received any complaint from you prior to this review which is disapointing as we can't resolve an issue until we know it exists - and had you done so, we'd have been more than willing to engage with you to solve any problems you had.
I am however, sorry you are not happy with our "Starter" service and I'm happy to discuss any points you'd like to raise with a view to resolving any concerns you may have. I do however feel that a 1 star review is a little unfair when, from the beginning, as we do with all of our clients, we've laid out the risks associated with Google Ads and have kept you informed throughout the process of your performance to date.

Google Ads, like any advertising, takes time. A month, 2 months and sometimes even longer is often simply not long enough to give results so as you say, we advised you that your current agency have not been underperforming, instead, you need to give them a little more time.
As we say on our own quotes, our website and even our Trustpilot profile, you should always expect to give Google Ads at LEAST 3 months to give results and failing to do so, will usually always lead to disappointment.

No regrets - top team - top results!
Prior to working with DPOM, our business had worked with 3 other Digital Marketing Consultancies over a 10-year period. Outcomes were always disappointing, and it was with some world weariness that I thought we would give DPOM a try. As we approach our fourth year working together, I can say it has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made.
Brett has been my main P.O.C. and he took the time to really understand the unique challenges of our business model rather than try to impose a cookie-cutter approach to our Google PPC. Lee is fantastic - revenue has almost doubled!
Lee has been fantastic so far. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and honest and with what is achievable. It’s clear that he cares about the businesses he is helping and their goals. Since starting with DPOM our business revenue has almost doubled due to increased google ad conversions and this was after barely 1 month. Also I have been trying for years to sort out conversion tracking because we have a strange website setup and Lee is the first and only person to successfully do it. DPOM have been on our account for 6 months now and run a few campaigns for us which are performing well. Our account manager Camilla is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me something that I wasn't aware of. Bounce rate on GA is a useless stat, as it's based on a visitor not clicking through to another page on your site. If your page has the right information on it, then there's no need for someone to go to another page. With GA4, this problem is fixed.

It’s early days (about 3 months in) and true to their word results are starting to pick up. They aren’t where I’d like them to be just yet but i understand it takes time but to be fair, it’s a very good start and they’ve been very honest, open and responsive.

Cost per lead increased by 540%!
In the 4 weeks that DPOM had control of my Google Ads account, my lead submissions dropped from 108 per month (average) to 21. The average cost of a lead submission went from £9.44 to over £50. DPOM defended this by stating that it takes 3 months to see improvements. Whilst I fully accept that it takes time to see improvements, I certainly did not expect their involvement to massively reduce my lead submissions and increase my cost per lead by 540%!

Disappointing but unsurprising that you have chosen to lie about my data. I have provided evidence which clearly shows that my cost per lead submission was £9.44 from Jan to May. It was never £80 and you know this, yet you are continuing to falsify the data. The month of May when you were in charge it leapt from £9.44 to to £51 per lead submission. Since I took back control in June and worked with the team at Google I have got it back down to £20. The incorrectly installed tagging that you mention was due to my account manager confirming to me on several occasions that it had been installed correctly.

Hi there, as per our emails over the last day or so, as you know, your average lead cost in Google Ads was over £80 and is now £20. As discussed, you are looking at your overall data that includes other channels - we only manage your Google Ads.
We have emailed you several times with screenshots from Google Ads and Google Analytics to demonstrate this.
As you say, you cancelled after just 40 days and in that short time there will be fluctuations in performance, which is why we say in our quote, on our website and even on our Trustpilot profile, it can take 3months + to see results (because performance can fluctuate and it takes time to make improvements).
I also note that during this time you had incorrectly installed conversion tracking which we recently drew to your attention.
I am sorry you are not satisfied and as discussed by email, I am confident that had you provided with the time we said we'd need from the beginning, your performance would be further improved.
