very Good Experience

After trying various mattress, I was invited to try the Sleep Match mattress finder. This 3d fit technology really worked offering three options. After trying all tree I selected one and was told I had 100 nights to try it and if not satisfied could exchange it. I have had it for a month now and it has lived up to its claim and is giving me a good nights sleep. Thoroughly recommend.

Misleading pricing and poor customer service

I had a disappointing experience at Dreams East Sheen store while attempting to purchase a TheraPur 4800 Super King mattress. When my wife visited the store, the mattress was clearly advertised as being on sale, yet no one informed her that the discount would expire at midnight.

When I returned the next day to buy it, I was shocked to find that the discount was no longer applied - despite the sale signage still being displayed in-store. The store manager acknowledged the issue but was unwilling to escalate it beyond a single rejected request to the division manager.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service 10 days ago and have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring customers who are trying to spend nearly £2,000 is baffling, and refusing to honour a clearly advertised price is simply unethical.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge potential customers to think twice before shopping here. I hope Dreams takes this feedback seriously and improves both its pricing transparency and customer support.

The initial contact with Rami in the East Sheen office could not have been more welcoming. It is a long time since I have had such excellent customer service. He listened to my requirements and provided excellent advice. The delivery men turned up on time, and kept me updated every step of the way. I am very pleased with my new Banbury mattress and my back problems are much reduced.

The staff in the shop were great, very friendly, polite and professional. The service since then has been chaotic, with deliveries to the wrong address, the wrong days and now items that are “out of stock”. A dreadful service

Went to Dreams in East Sheen to purchase a bed. My entire experience from the moment I walked into the showroom until the delivery of the bed was excellent.
The staff were welcoming, attentive, friendly and gave us some great advice. We tried out the “find the right bed for you” thingy which was so interesting and helpful. I have had back problems for years, this gave me peace of mind. Also knowing that we could return the bed if it wasn’t comfortable was a massive bonus. Luckily thanks to the excellent customer care we chose the right bed and we’re super happy with it. I was offered a hot drink which was much appreciated, freezing cold day! Delivery went smoothly, Dreams gave us a time slot the day before and the delivery drivers contact number. Arrived on time and delivered with care.

A fantastic, flawless and a quick Sunday morning visit to our local East Sheen Dreams branch. Served by a lovely chap Josh who was so helpful and informative. He started by suggesting we try out The Sleepmatch Machine. This was such a fun experience but also really impressed with this amazing technology as it helps to diagnose the perfect mattress for your needs and sleeping habits. This made it easy to pick out a suitable mattress for us - Josh pointed out a good few and we found a great find immediately! Not only did we get an amazing discount with the current offers in store - Josh even added a Tempur mattress protector and fitted sheet for FREE!! Absolutely delighted with the service!! Oh and nearly forgot to mention the delicious fresh coffee they offered! Great start to our Sunday - Great service from the East Sheen Team @dreams! Thanks again Josh!

Excellent service, couldn’t have asked for better!

Great service in store. I had the chance to lie on an analysing mattress which suggested which mattresses would best suit my weight and sleeping position. I went back another time to test out some more mattresses before ordering it from the team in store. It was great to have a conversation and try mattresses out in person, and then order it from humans rather than just online.
