Dreams has probably provided the best customer service I have ever received. I had a problem with my bed which was ongoing for quite a few months, and they kept helping me until we got to a solution I was happy with. From the initial sales person in the Eastleigh branch, to the ladies who called me in customer service, through to the guys that turned up to provide exchanges/advice etc, the service has been outstanding. I am now recommending Dreams to all my friends, because unfortunately these days finding companies that actually go out their way for the customer, seems non existent.

Sam who greeted me when I first arrived was brilliant. He listened to what I was after and answered all my questions.

From first entering the shop to delivery was a great experience, no pressure to buy just helpful advice and no pressure. Delivery was on time and was kept upto date on time. The lads were so good and professional.

I had booked an appointment but there was no one else in store. Michael greeted us and helped us throughout. He showed us the bed we had researched online, reassured us it was the correct size and that could be easily taken apart for moving. My son used the sleepmachine to select the right type of mattress.
Understanding my need for value for money there was no hard sell of the higher end mattresses but I did go for a better one that I had researched. We were able to see all the headboards we were chosing between and two were in my son's preferred colour. It was a great experience and I feel reassurred that we are getting a bed that meets our need.

Sam was more than helpful, nothing was too much effort. He talked us through all the options. He got us to use the Sleep Machine to get the information on the best mattress for us, he then showed us all the options that were within the criteria suggested by the Sleep Machine. More than happy with the service.

We are a family who just immigrated to the UK, thanks to Julie and Rob from Eastleight branch for helping us to have a confortable bed without having to sleep on the floor when we arrive at our new home.

Lucy in your eastleigh store was very friendly. Greeted us immediately. Helped us choose the best for our needs. Offered us a refreshing water. Definitely recommend.

About four years ago I considered this bed, but decided to go to a different shop for a cheaper bed version. Big mistake! I was never comfortable in that bed so saved up to return to Dreams and start again. The 'bed test' helped me to find out the best kind of bed and mattress. OK, it wasn't a cheap choice that I made, but I have had such good nights sleep since, it was worth every penny and I would recommend Dreams - and to anyone who may be in doubt, what price do you put on a good nights sleep?

Still the only way to buy a bed, in store and not online. Good choices and sleep match was useful in pointing us to the right mattress.

We previously visited the Southampton store 2 years ago. The experience was horrendous due to one particular staff member. We were passing the Eastleigh store and thought we’d give them a go. Steven at Eastleigh was incredible. Approached us in a friendly, non-sales manner. Took the time to understand our needs as individuals. Was kind and attentive. Leaned on his 20 odd years of experience to ensure we went away with the right products and gave us time and space when we needed it.

Anyone in the Southampton area; go a little further to Eastleigh and you will not be disappointed.
