The staff at the store were absolutely fabulous, chatty and friendly and not overbearing or pushy, great customer service. The store had a 'nice' feel, making us feel comfortable whilst looking at the beds we were interested in. Would be my first choice next time I need a bed.

Store was very presentable and had a good selection of beds and mattresses on display, the staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Easy to try different types/firmness of mattress in store; plenty to choose from. Sales staff were polite and helpful without being overly pushy. Mattress was delivered quickly and efficiently, with our old one taken away. New mattress is very comfortable (if a bit fumy at first!)

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was delivered exactly when promised and assembled quickly and cleanly. The bed I ended up buying is perfect, I'm very happy with it.

Faultless service. We were helped by Rob at Dreams in Eastleigh. He had a fantastic knowledge of mattresses, and explained to us the difference in styles and quality, our order was put through quickly and efficiently and delivery arranged for a convenient date, on the delivery day our delivery men text us with an arrival time the night before and called us in the morning to confirm, they arrived on time and took the mattress up to the bedroom and even took the plastic off and put it on the bed. Cannot recommend Dreams@Eastleigh enough, thank you all for an excellent experience! Will definitely shop here again!

Looked up ottoman bed base online. Went to Eastleigh store at opening times. Saw bed. Liked it. Bought it. Had it delivered and assembled. Piece of cake. Good service at the store, very helpful.

The sales team spent a lot of time helping me choose what I wanted and clearly explained the options. I was able to change my choice of colour at a later date and they seemed happy to do this.
The delivery men were efficient and asked me where in the room I wanted the bed. They covered or removed shoes without me requesting that they do.
