Visited the store at the end of the day and was given time, consideration and respect by the staff who were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Sleepmatch was a great experience and I found the product that I wanted with ease. Staff member was considerate and understanding of my circumstances and needs, as well as budget limitations. She was helpful and never pushy. Estimated delivery time at 2 weeks was far better than I was expecting.

Good communication and punctual. A very efficient service coupled with a friendly manner. Excellent overall.

Overall way the lady helped me and knowledgeable with my needs ( medical). Also the gifts was a nice bonus.

Brilliant service and with the aid of the sleepmatch, which uses a number of inbuilt sensors to take statistical measurements, you get a result of the absolute best mattresses specifically for your weight and needs which you can then go and try. My sleep advisor, Michaela, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My chosen mattress is perfect, still a little hip pain but no where near as bad as it was.

We haven't slept this well for a long time x😍

My wife and I went to our local Dreams as our mattress was over 13 years old and had become extremely uncomfortable.
Charlie helped us with the visit, offered us the mattress firmness testing machine (a new experience!) and explored lots of options with us. She was unbelievably patient and actually entertained our children to allow us to walk around and discuss options/preferences.
With a fresh copy in hand we went over best fit, delivery options and removal of old products. Never felt more comfortable in a shop!!

Mattress shopping can be a nightmare even worse when it is for your 13 year old. We knew roughly what type of mattress we were looking at to purchase. Staff very informative and helpful .... not pushy! Got a great deal on the perfect mattress after we had tried a 'few' and narrowed the choices down. Great price and amazing delivery time!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff especially Shannon. The Sleep Match machine is a must for anyone purchasing a new bed. It’s great fun lol!! Spent way more than we intended but hey, that’s the markings of a great sales rep!

The staff were friendly from the get go. The store was clean and welcoming. We tried out the special bed that analysis’s you and recommends different mattresses for you to try. With the help of Charlie we tried out a few different ones and found one that suited us and was within our budget. Charlie was friendly and chatty and helped us pick a date for drop off, pick some pillows, and offered us a drink each.

I was buying a bed for my elderly parents who were unable to visit the store. Roger at the Lowestoft store, immediately understood, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I tried just about every mattress there! The product, price and delivery time were all excellent and Dream's recycling service is an added bonus.

We were impressed with the personalised service given in store. The 2 workers went above and beyond - one ensuring we were choosing the best mattresses for our needs and the other entertaining our toddler! From there, we received prompt delivery on the scheduled day from very efficient and kind delivery workers. They were professional, personable and made sure to cover their shoes when walking through the house! So far, we are pleased with our purchases, though we would like advice on how to get the feather pillows to not have bits sticking out!

Found the experience of buying our new mattress very good. Professional staff, we took the option of using digital testing. Generally made to feel welcome and not rushed into making a decision.
