Bought the silent night sleep harmony with memory foam topping had this about 3 months now
After couple weeks it bunched up in middle sent inspector out who told us nothing wrong takes 6 months fir it to settle
I went on silent night Web, said it shouldn't bunch up there could be fault
Have changed this for differant one
But don't appreciate being lied too

Everything was fine and very pleased that I can exchange the mattress for a softer one but still waiting after two weeks to hear from you regarding the new delivery. I’m expecting guests soon and need to have the exchange completed. Thank you

I found the people pleasant and helpful and when there was a small hitch with the order they went over and above to solve it and all was quickly put right.

I would definitely recommend their service.

They didn't take the old sofa away when I paided for it plus they rolled the boxes up my drive and step's to the door thankfully they didn't damage the sofa bed

The sales assistant listened to my needs and budget. I got a great offer on a bed and mattress. The delivery guys were very professional and arrived on time and gave me little pointers on how the best way to assemble the bed.

Well looked after in store and very pleased with the delivery and the products.
Where it went wrong was the admin side. Our delivery instructions noted we should wrap and seal our items for re-cycling, this was news to us and on checking our order I could not see our recyceing items. A 22 mile round trip to the store found yes we had recycling on the order it just didn't say so in plain English it was in code. I asked about arapping items and was told as they didn't have them in store they should have been sent to us and if not they would have them on the van. Needless to say none were sent and on the day they just took them away without wrapping so why bother with all this nonsense about wrapping them?
UPDATE - very pleased with the resonse to this, excellent customer service from Dreams. I have upgraded the review from 3 stars to 4!

We was greeted upon arrival to the Macclesfield branch of Dreams by a friendly welcome from Elliott who asked if we needed any help. We then was introduced to a wonderful bed which analysed how we slept, after answering a couple of questions. We were then shown the recommended mattresses and given a pillow each to try each mattress. While we were deciding which we liked Elliot made us a lovely brew. When he came back we had decided on the mattress and he then helped us choose a bed. After we made our choice we then went to pay and book our delivery. Our visit was relaxed and welcoming without the hard sale of some retailers. All in all I would recommend Dreams in Macclesfield and Elliott to anyone wishing to buy a new bed, mattress or pillows. Thank you.

Me and my partner went in looking for advice on mattresses. Sarah was wonderful in giving her expertise on different mattresses and pillows, and she let us try them all out. Great experience!

the men removed our old mattress took our new one up stairs very good moved items that might get in the way and put them all back

Friendly & helpful staff - very polite and I got what I went in for. Was slightly disappointed with the 'Mega Clearance Sale' as the savings weren't as big as expected but cannot fault the staff working there.

Delivery guys were great and the mattress is fantastic!

Steve gave us good advice and assistance in choosing our bed and mattress. We are extremely pleased with our purchase it is incredibly comfortable and stylish.

The fixing team were confident, helpful when asked any questions. They left the property spotless and removed all packages.

Bed was perfect, delivered on time every thing was and is great
