Dreams were great very efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with John in the Lady Bay shop as his knowledge and customer service were fantastic. Delivery by their team were great too. And my bed is fab thank you.

The sales person greeted us in a very friendly and polite manner and even offered us all (2 adults 2 children) a drink. He took his time to listen to what we wanted and after he asked us several questions regarding height, weight and sleeping position he had a very clear idea of which mattresses to show us and for us to try (he even gave us both a comfy pillow whilst trying them). We are very happy with the one we chose and also the ottoman bed that he helped us pick out moments before. All in all he was very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. We now cannot wait for it to arrive.

Dreams at Lady Bay Retail Park, Nottingham. Very knowledgeable staff and wide range of affordable products and extra services associated with buying a bed such as disposal if old mattress and frame. A very good experience in buying a bed. Recommend highly.

Great bed, superb mattress. The service, from purchase to delivery, was fantastic. Flexible delivery dates and communication regarding delivery time was very helpful. Delivery team were brilliant.

Wonderful service from Dreams. Lovely mattress, very comfortable. But if you are looking for something to reduce the night sweats - this doesn't work.

Visited store and was attended by Judy who took me through the selection process but I couldn’t decide what to buy. I am disabled and was worried about spending a chunk of change on a mattress which wasn’t comfortable. Judy was really helpful and didn’t look disappointed at the lack of a sale.
I returned three months later specifically because she was so helpful, met Roshan and he passed me to Judy despite probably missing out on commission.
Bought base, mattress, pillow etc and am really looking forward to delivery in five days.

First Class service at the Dreams shop in Nottingham. Very impressed by the Sleepmatch device.

Excellent service. An assistant approached us as soon as we arrived and was very attentive in helping finding the perfect mattress. The normal few mattresses were ridiculously expensive and we nearly walked away at that point but once we explained that we wanted a more reasonably priced one a good match was found. Still £1000! Delivery and collection of our old mattress was excellent. Only had to wait 3 days. Delivery men were extremely polite and helpful. I do feel that with a £1000 mattress removal of your old one should be included in the price. Most importantly new mattress is super comfy

A nice easy experience got exactly what i wanted for good value.

An 08.00 am call to be told of delivery time; a delightful surprise to be told of an early morning delivery.
Prompt arrival. Told where bedroom was, so guys put on over-shoes, and took mattress up stairs. A small house so I waited outside in the garden, as no masks being worn other than mine. Quick re-appearance with old wrapped mattress, Told to give two hours before making up the bed as item sprayed, and requiring time for it to wear off, once unwrapped.
They closed the gate I had opened to allow their entry, and they left with thanks.

Exceptional service from both the derby and the Nottingham stores. John was our point of contact at Nottingham (Lenton lane). Very helpful and so where all the staff involved start to finish. They have detailed product knowledge and it shows. The service was exceptional right down to the last delivery driver leaving!

Roshan had outstanding knowledge and went above and beyond efforts of other sales assistants in the store.

We would absolutely return to Roshan if we need to purchase any further matresses or beds
