Very pleased with our new mattress. We had not been informed that it would be a doorstep delivery which was disappointing.

Great helpful team (particularly Grant), who went through all the different options (pros and cons) with me, and patiently answered all questions. Slight negative was the delivery team refusing to take away the packaging when the bed was delivered.

Excellent service made extremely easy for us to decide would not go anywhere else

From visiting the Perth store to final delivery and build the process of buying our new bed was seamless and straightforward. The bed is fabulous and the quality is first class. Very pleased with the service and the product from Dreams.

Good choice of beds in showroom, Friendly informative staff. Delivered and assembled bed on the date agreed, rang us before and gave us the exact time. Wore protective overshoes in the house. Excellent!

Delivery time reported in the shop was half the time it actually took.
After 4 weeks Staff in the shop stated that they couldn’t tell us an expected delivery date until our bed had reached a central distribution warehouse.
Staff in the shop didn’t inform that we would have to dismantle the existing bed, bag the mattress and leave it at the front door or that the delivery team would only deliver to the front door and flatly refuse to enter the house.

Good range of mattresses, guy in shop knew about the products and listened to what we said we wanted and let us go round taking our time to try out different options

My partner and I went to the Perth store to replace our mattress with something that would support my spine issues. Unfortunately, the experience felt very rushed. The salesperson was quite pushy, and his “slick” pitch came across as patronising rather than genuinely helpful. We used the in-store bed test, which only suggested the most expensive mattresses, and the salesperson pushed Tempur heavily, along with a Sealy option that was even more costly.

We ended up buying a top-of-the-line Tempur, and a year on we really regret it. The mattress is generally awful. Both my partner and I wake up in pain because it’s very difficult to turn or move during the night. It's just a solid pile of foam and offers no support.

I also missed the 100-night return window because I was hospitalised at the time following being involved in a serious accident earlier this year and am now a wheelchair user. Since then, the mattress has become completely impractical for me.

At this point we’re unsure whether to cut our losses and get rid of it, or try to sell it second-hand, even though it’s less than a year old. Overall, the sales approach and lack of genuine guidance has left us extremely disappointed.

We bought the frame and mattress from our local store with the guidance from a staff member. I think we got a good price in the promotion.
There were lots of dates to choose from and Saturday was also an option for an additional fee. The delivery team communicated throughout the morning keeping us updated with ETA. On arrival, they were mindful of the property taking care getting the boxes in. We chose to self build but the guys still offered some top tips to make the build easier. I built the ottoman bed with the help of my 14yo son in just over an hour. I’m really happy with the purchase and would 100% recommend Dreams but would say to wait for the promos.

Members of staff were very helpful, with my search for a new mattress, narrowed it down to the right one for me and I can confidently say it’s the most comfortable mattress and pillows I’ve ever had.

From the time of ordering and delivery was just so simple. I was notified the day prior to delivery of a time slot. I was called first thing in the morning of delivery to confirm. The team wore protective shoe covers as not to damage any flooring. We went for the option for the team to assemble our bed. They had it built in no time and removed all the packaging. Will be ordering again for other rooms. Thanks guys 😊

I wiz delighted, a very happy customer, and definitely recommend Dreams

Most of the buying experience has been good apart from the Price Promise. I claimed using the Price Promise but was told it didn't apply to a Tempur mattress sold by Dreams because it is slightly different from a Tempur mattress sold by others. It looks the same and has almost the same name. This seems an easy way for Dreams to get out of the Price Promise. Next time I will shop around a lot more. The follow up from Dreams has been great and I will definitely be going back.

The delivery men were very polite also put coverings over there shoes put the bed together and took all rubbish away
