Efficient service in store. Staff member at Perth store listened to our requirements and met them without trying to upsell. We were kept informed on the status of delivery throughout. Delivery was on time. Delivery team were efficient and friendly and wore shoe coverings. All in all a very good experience shopping with Dreams.

The employees in the store were very helpful! Every time we talked by phone, which included a couple of calls from the States, made us feel like customer service was top notch! Rachel was so helpful and friendly. The guys who delivered our bed were wonderful, and they had to bring it up 3 flights of stairs … just really kind.

I had a great experience at Dreams in Perth! The staff was very friendly and didn't intimidate us, which was a nice change. Mark was extremely patient and answered all of our questions, and he showed us every bed we were interested in. Rachel introduced us to their website and showed us how to check all the other stock they have, so we could take another look at beds and mattresses while we were at home.
We were shopping with our two kids, which can be a hassle, but the staff was very accommodating. They let our kids play on the TV bed and watch cartoons, so my wife and I could relax and take our time deciding what we wanted to buy. I would highly recommend visiting Dreams in Perth because the staff is amazing. I don't think we would have made the purchase if they hadn't treated us so well.
Not only was it a great experience, but I also don't think I could have found a better price or selection anywhere else. Thank you so much!

The shop staff were very professional. Their focus was ensuring that we purchased the best mattress for our personal comfort. The sales approach was reassuring and honest. The use of the mattress body fit technology was without doubt a great way of identifying the correct mattress range to suit our needs. This allowed us to focus on a smaller number of mattress types and price ranges to make the final decision. When the mattress was delivered the staff were great, they wore overshoes and gave a briefing on the mattress, including the 100 day comfort guarantee.
