Called in the Park Farm Redditch shop today for advise on there bed selection for when moved to our new property, Gemma was super knowledgeable, friendly, a credit to this store, thank you.

Great sales team, listened to what we wanted and gave excellent advice which was within our piece range. Delivery was superb and kept informed of delivery slot and updated by drivers when they were on the way. Mattress is perfect!

what type of mattress we were looking for but were soon guided , tried the sleep match and rested on many beds ! After being left alone to chat and a hot drink , we
made up our mind . We are now waiting for delivery . Thank you again for all your advice

From start to finish the service was brilliant. Stephen who helped us in the shop . Couldn't have been more thorough. Even offered us tea which was lovely. I was kept informed on the progress of my delivery. They were on time. Very polite and respectful of the property and did an amazing job.

From when I entered the store I was welcomed and asked questions about what I was looking for . I lay on the virtual bed which obviously moulded to my body from which I thought was a really good idea . The assistant had some useful ideas and good advice to give me throughout my experience proceeded to show me the exact type of mattress I was looking for in several types . Her instructions on warranty etc was clear and precise after ordering my mattress.
The delivery came exactly when they said it would with excellent communications on the day with a warm and friendly delivery service .

Very courteous well informed people. Our order was placed quickly and with no unnecessary over selling. Would definitely recommend.

Lovey welcome in redditch store. And fab staff who knew the products. Delivery was spot on. They kept us updated and the delivery guys were awesome!

We recently looked at purchasing a long needed new bed and after looking around other bed stores we tried our local Dreams bed shop (Redditch, Worcestershire), we had no idea what we were looking for and from the moment we entered the shop the helpful staff couldn't do enough to help without the usual annoying sales pressure we had got in other shops.
We were put on the Sleep Match machine and it quickly identified the perfect mattress for me and my partner.

The sales team were very knowledgeable and were very friendly and chatty without being pushy for the sale, this made the whole experience very enjoyable.

I would highly recommend buying from Dreams Redditch and specifically Geoff who helped us along the way and even quickly resolved a slight issue following purchase which could of been a potential problem, customer service at its best 👍👍👍

Our whole experience of choosing and buying our bed was very easy and we had very good advice from everyone in the shop. It was delivered on time and put together well by well-informed people. We love our new bed. It is so comfortable and looks very stylish!

I originally had issue with the comfort of the mattresses that the sleep system matches you with.
Since then, pleased to say there was an expedited resolve to said issue, and New mattresses have been arranged for delivery in a few weeks time.
I must say, the Dreams staff have really put the customer first, and I have no problems recommending them as THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR NEXT BED! Rest assured, you will be looked after.

Friendly staff who were helpful and informative. Help selecting the correct mattress and bed. Delivery was straight forward and really pleased with my new purchase.

I was served by a very polite young man named Jack. He was very patient whilst l decided on the bed l would like. Jack explained the different type of beds that would benefit me. Really pleased with the service l received.
Delivery was good arrived on the date l was told they were also very good. Good service all the way.

We had an amazing sale assistant called 'Niki'. She was so helpful and spent so much time with. She really knew all about the various beds and mattresses. Superb service. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

2nd UPDATE - on 20/5/25 Krishan Parmar contacted me and had investigated the various prices. He not only matched the online price but gave a further discount as a goodwill gesture. I am very grateful to him for investigating and saving my mother some money. I just wish the store staff had checked and matched the online price at the outset.

UPDATE: Sent required information to Dreams. No contact whatsoever. No suggestion that they would match their online price and refund £25.
If anyone uses their old mattress removal service, be aware that you’re paying £55 but will be required to wholly cover it yourself. If you are elderly or disabled, please don’t bother to pay for this service as they won’t collect the mattress if it’s not covered. There are a host of other requirements too. You will be better off with a removal or clearance firm and I wish we had known this previously.

INITIAL REVIEW:
Went in store to help my mother purchase a new mattress. The woman in the store appeared to only show my mother the most expensive mattresses starting at over £1k. My mother picked another & was told 10% discount would be applied, which it was. However the price online without any discount applied is still £25 cheaper. Appalled by this.
