The staff are superb.
Only reason I've not given 5 stars is I bought the therapure polar mattress. My son had the previous model 800 spring, mine is the newer model 1000. Its a great mattress but it doesn't have the soft padded feeling the 800 has. Even though its a new mattress and it takes time to fit my body the 800 I feel is more superb.
Whether a therapur protector mattress cover makes a difference I don't know. They don't do a small double, so went with an anti allergic mattress protector, but its really slippy. Having a disability with spine problems I'm not 100% feeling it 🤔

We have never had anything but excellent service from Dreams at Solihull. Having purchased our Tempur king size mattress we realised we needed a firmer variety. We used the 100 day facility to swap, and Natalie made it so easy. From the excellent coffee to great service and ease of dealing with the paperwork and delivery dates it truly went like a dream. Such a refreshing change to be treated to great customer care. And we know the delivery will go smoothly and easily thanks to the excellent delivery team.

Both my wife and I visited the Dreams store looking to purchase both a bed and mattress. Shortly after looking at a couple of beds we were approached by Lynne, a Dreams employee. She asked if we had anything particular in mind. Lynne answered all of our questions very professionally and made us both feel at ease and relaxed. We both took up the offer of a drink (coffee) from Lynne. We were both offered to try the Sleepmatch bed after Lynne had input the necessary information. This gave us a better idea of what mattress best suited our needs. Lynne then invited us to try various beds. We both felt very relaxed and was allowed to take as long as we wanted when testing the various mattresses. We are both in our seventies and appreciated the very relaxed approach Lynne afforded us both. There was no pressure selling from Lynne, which made us very comfortable when deciding to purchase both a bed and mattress. The whole experience from start to finish was 5* and 1st class customer service.

Excellent service and delivery

I ordered my bed from Dreams and it came three weeks later. I am very satisfied with my bed and it's extremely comfortable to sleep in. I thought the service was excellent and the staff/delivery team were professional in their work.

Very efficient service.
And an instantly comfortable bed on delivery - delivery service very good too.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the bed frame we wanted wasn't available for 3 months and the ottoman mechanism is quite stiff - makes me think twice about opening it. Hopefully it will get easier with time.

"I paid £800 for my mattress, but unfortunately I wake up every night with neck pain as it feels too soft. I’m not sure if I can exchange it for something more suitable. The fabric quality is excellent, but the foam itself isn’t comfortable or satisfying."

Great employees both in shop and assembly employees.

Bed arrived damaged. The delivery guys said they would sort out the issue, but haven’t heard anything. Also emailed and nothing. So left with a broken bed. Do I claim on my insurance or will dreams sort it, I’m not sure.
