Selecting a new Mattress and Bed
My Wife and I were assisted in selecting a new bed and mattress by Rob at the Worcester (Lowesmoor place) store.
He was very professional and offered us a computerised process to select a new mattress that would be suitable for both our needs.
He also showed plenty of patience while we selected a new bed frame.
Excellent service.

Went to Dreams to buy a mattress and wow what a pleasant experience it was greeted by a lovely lady asstant at the door asked us if she could be of assistance, she first showed us the sleep match tech bed which you lie on and it matches you perfectly for your mattress,we were shown a variety of mattresses within our test results, after trying a few out we decided on the one we bought,we also bought two pillows and mattress covers.we arranged delivery and within two weeks we had our new mattress delivered by two lovely ads who were very friendly and helpful very smart in appearance too.all in ayabgreat shopping experience at Dreams of Worcester thank you to all involved.

Eloise was brilliant
Eloise was so friendly , inviting and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble . She was very helpful and was very patient with my need to try out different mattresses which the assessment bed indicated my best suit my sore lower back and neck.
After a discussion over a cup of tea and confirming my preferred choice of frame and bed ( and extras to safeguard my purchases) , I'm now eagerly awaiting delivery :)

Delivery team were courteous and professional. Beds were delivered undamaged and all good quality and install in exactly the location requested.

Ordered my mattress from my local…
Ordered my mattress from my local branch.
Friendly staff completed my order to my specifications.
On day of delivery I was kept appraised of my two hour delivery window by email , text and phone call.
Delivered on time to the room of my choice and my old mattress was recycled.
My new mattress is everything I was expecting , even though if after 30 days if I was now happy I could exchange it for another one.

Great service all round
We had initially been to a different bed store in the Worcestershire area (Not a Dreams store) and found the customer services to be overly pushy making us uncomfortable. We decided to try Dreams in Worcester. The lady who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and we decided to order that day- arranged a date for delivery and it arrived as booked with a courtesy call to confirm the 2 hour slot that morning. The delivery team were great. Bed was as we ordered and as described. Overall, there was nothing to fault- thank you.
