I had just bought a new smart phone and got sim card stuck in phone. o2 were unable to help me but told me to go to Dr. Fix in Union Square, Aberdeen. There, Jake an assistant, took my phone apart to retrieve sim card. He then charged my phone and inserted sim card correctly. All this was done in such a pleasant and efficient manner. Then to my astonishment he refused to take any payment. I would rate this as the best service I have received all year, as I went from being a very worried old lady to a very relieved and happy old lady.

I visited DrFixy today on Child Street in Warren RI... upon entering the door I was immediately greeted happily and attentive by both owners... this put me at ease because I was apprehensive to visit thinking I might need a new cell phone ... after a couple of minutes of clear communication my issue was solved! I will clearly make this my go to spot for trouble shooting devices in the future! Things may not always turn out in my favor as device's get old but I know I can trust these individuals to guide me in a very fair way! Way to go! DrFixy! Excellent service at the Aberdeen branch, took my iPhone for a screen replacement and that turned out to be faulty. I contacted the store to Find out if that was indeed the problem. Done within the hour, nothing a problem for these guys, that's how customer service should be. Great price and a better quality screen than others I have used and will not hesitate to use them from now on.

After being told my iPad would not work again and I would have to wait till the end of January to obtain one, you can imagine my absolute delight when I took the aforementioned iPad to Dr.Fix and they were able to bring it back to life. I am so glad that I did not listen to the previous advice given and add my name to the order waiting list. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much.😊

After my sister in laws wedding I drunkenly (and stupidly) entered a hot tub with my iPhone in my pocket. Following this my iPhone was completely dead and would not turn on or communicate with my laptop. After contacting Dr. Fix I was advised that I could send my iPhone in for potential data recovery as I had only a corrupt backup on my Mac thus meaning I had lost close to 9 years of photographs which I was gutted about.

Dr. Fix was then able to repair my iPhone to an extent that all of the data could be recovered and a backup could be made of the phone. As I resided outwith Aberdeen at the time Dr. Fix was also able to supply a dropbox for me to download this data. As an added bonus, Dr. Fix allowed me to pickup my now working (minus the irreparable features) iPhone.

I was extremely pleased with the service and am incredibly grateful that Dr. Fix could recover the data which I believed to be lost forever!

Dr Fix is where I always go to get watch batteries replaced - top service, not once have they said they’re unable to complete the work. If they can’t do the replacement there & then they provide a clear, acceptable time to come back to pick up the watch - can not fault Dr Fix & recommend to anyone looking for watch repairs etc

I Dropped My Phone onto some wooden flooring and smashed the Front Screen so bad the screen went blank I was told by a friend to take it along to Drfix in Aberdeen as my friend uses them all the time so I did. The Service was fantastic they were very professional and very helpful I had my phone fixed within only 1hr I would highly recommend Drfix for any phone repairs.👍👍👍👍👍

Dr Fix Aberdeen ruined my phone, took it in for a routine screen placement and then the camera and speakers stopped working. They tried to fix it on 3 occasions and when I took it to another store they said parts and screws were missing. Avoid. Manager was nice enough but the main engineer was rude and didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

Professional place and friendly and helpful staff to repair my mobile phone. Reasonably priced too.
