Ordered a tracksuit which didn't fit. Nevermind, no ones fault so I just ordered the larger size and sent back the one that didnt fit for a refund.
Sent it back, got no acknowledgement they had received it. Sent multiple emails all ignored. Then after 3 weeks I received a gift card, which I didn't want I just wanted my money, but as no one replys to my emails I'll have to just make do with a gift card.

Great place to order my grandson 's clothes, no issues. Fantastic variety.

Ordered trainers was a slight delay due to stock but within a day they were shipped out and delivered by dpd will defo order again Belta site

Ordered for my sons birthday with two weeks to spare so you would think there would be plenty of time for my order to arrive, heard nothing for days upon days when the shipping stated 1-2 days I then emailed them for them to email back two days later and say the items were out of stock and they were sourcing them in time for my sons birthday so I waited again, days passed again still nothing, in the end I emailed again for them to say the items won’t be coming back into stock and would I like the items two sizes smaller (obviously not) so I said no I would like a refund they went on to email me back and say this would be processed right away and I would receive an email stating the refund has been processed, days and days have passed again still nothing and now they’re egnoring me point blank, it’s got to the point I have got to apply for a bank charge back to get my money back, absolute joke stay away from this company !!!!

Order a birthday gift for my son £72 set of shorts and t shirt, returned the item the next day as it was too small and have requested an exchange weeks ago, I have had zero communication from all 4 emails I have sent to the address you provide and several messages on instagram! I still have no exchange even tho your website confirms you have my returned items! This will now be reported to my credit card company as fraud as I have made a purchase and have not received the goods! Your lack of communication is unacceptable and an embarrassment to your company

Day late delivery , and hoodie recieved with a stain on it totally ignored when I was telling them about it ! So I had to remove the stain myself isn’t on you shouldn’t receive new clothing with stains .

Been trying to resolve an order that I never received from them since December. The customer service is a joke and they’ve done nothing to resolve it, they keep telling me it’s something to do with DPD when it’s themselves who are liable for the order. They’ve broken the law going against consumer rights act 2015. Wouldn’t ever recommended this place.

Edit - still haven’t had any response to emails or complaints or reviews etc nearly coming April

Ok so I was sceptical! I was wrong to be! the order arrived in good time, customer service very helpful as needed help with order, very responsive, had a very positive experience with this company.

Great experience with DripModa. Ordering was simple, delivery arrived on time, and the quality of the clothes is very good. The material feels strong and comfortable, and everything fits exactly as expected. Very good value for the price. I would definitely order from them again.

Update on my order from nearly 3 months ago, nowhere to be seen. Contacted support multiple times was eventually said to be given a giftcard of £107 even though my order was £160 which I did not even receive this giftcard anyway.

Emailed support back requesting I did not want the giftcard I wanted to be refunded as the goods didn’t arrive and to no surprise they have not replied…

Had multiple orders through multiple people clothes came all sized wrong medium jumpers that wouldnt fit a small child! Pockets soo shallow they couldn't be bothered with finish them off! Poor quality customer is 0! Biggest lot of fraud there is!!! Dont buy from here! Goo direct to the retailer!!! The prices are too good to be true hench your getting counterfit goods!!

Ordered wrong colour joggers so sent them back requesting a refund they’ve given me a gift card with the credit on I have emailed back asking for a refund instead of the gift card. He then said ask for refund so didn’t make any sense now they’re ignoring my emails absolutely crap.

Loos like they have been hacked. They are replying to poor reviews on here with a Gmail account... Where is the AI bots from Trust pilot, extremely suspicious.

Just had an order placed for a top that we did not place. The email came from their domain name email with information stolen from a previous order.

But on here, they are asking people to reply to a Gmail account?! What the actual pluck?

Ordering and delivery easy and slick. Had to return the shoes as didn’t fit but also straight forward process. I hadn’t chosen the right refund option and was initially issued an e-gift card but this was resolved within 24 hours with polite and helpful customer service. Would use again.

Ordered a tracksuit on the 23rd for next day delivery it’s the 26th now and it’s still not even been dispatched, customer service telling me the item isn’t even in stock !!!😒😵‍💫😵‍💫 I could not for the life of me understand why you’d have something marked as in stock on your website take payment for next day delivery to fulfill nothing??
