My Son in Law purchased a vehicle from Drive Time ( Savannah location). The car was bought in February. It has been in the shop 9 times since it was purchased. The dealership is aware of the situation. The car had to have a new motor installed and numerous other mechanical problems addressed.The dealership has been of no help and has a (not my problem attitude).
His car is still not running and has to go back to the garage once more to be worked on. If you see the sign Drive Time run the other way as fast as you can! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy! Not that this company would care but my Son in Law is a disabled veteran.

This is the worst buying car experience ever. Don’t get me wrong the employees were friendly but now I see that’s only a façade. The very next morning after buying the car the ABS light came on. Within a week of buying the car I heard squeaky noises under the car. Had the hardest time trying to get the car fix because DriveTime warranty company who the contract with and the corporate sales department was difficult too much back and forth acting like they didn’t want to pay out on something that wasn’t my fault. Now maybe almost a month in I had to get an oil change. So an another month and now I need brakes and I had to get another oil change only to find out that there was a leak in the oil pan somewhere up under the car I needed an oil pan. Okay got that fixed and now again the oil is still leaking from somewhere else so another problem. Oh and I also need a tune up on the car. And now the starter went out on the car right now. I got this car January 30 and it’s only June less than 6 months only in the 5 month of having this car and I have to fix on it so much. I would not recommend Drive Time to anyone at all not to go through what I am going through with the warranty company Silver Rock or the sorry places of auto facilities that they contract with. I will never again I will be getting rid of this car soon.

The next day after buying my car I noticed when it's started a big black cloud of smoke comes out of the exhaust. When I called the dealership the person that answered the phone talked to me like I was stupid and that was normal. He said since I purchased the car and drove it off the lot it now falls under the warranty. There is absolutely no way they did not know about an oil leak. The salesman, Isiah, was very patient.

The staff was friendly, from start to finish. Mr. T didn’t rush me, but allowed me to carefully ponder my option in vehicles. He was also able to answer my million questions that I had while making the purchase and the entire process was a breeze.

This place should be ashamed! They lie - my brother in law did all his paperwork etc online and over the phone and when he got there - it was not what was told to him - he specifically told them what he could afford - and wow he was approved until he got there and it was a different amount - he was stuck at that dealership with no ride for over an hour - they disgust me! I hope everyone of the lies they tell come back to bite them in the ass! I will never recommend this place to anyone!
