Not one to complain, however the cleanliness of the bus was appaling, for going to & returning. The toilets were so bad I couldn't us them. Also no air conditioning, no windows for adequate ventilation, this was not good for my Mum, being an asthmatic. I really hope these issues can be improved.

I used this bus for the first time this week from the Airport to Dundrum. It was very confusing waiting for the bus at the airport and it was not clear which bus was the one we were wanting as it was not clearly marked. However, despite it being an old and bumpy bus, certainly not comfortable, it did get us there.

Today, we waited for the bus back to the airport. There were 4 groups of people waiting for this bus. It simply did not turn up. One of the other people waiting told me that this was no unusual so she always aims to get to the stop for the bus an hour before she needs to leave so if it doesn't turn up she can get the next one. We didn't want to take the risk of the bus an hour later not turning up so we took a taxi for 60 euro. Other people also took taxis.

I will never use this company again due to it being so unreliable. When travelling to catch a flight you can't afford to risk a bus not turning up and being late to the airport.

Will never use bus again on a hot day the heat was on in bus and the driver said it couldnt be turned off also smell of fumes from same and on the radio a few weeks praising how service had improved they don't answer phones such bad customer service got sick from heat been on there should have been air conditioning not heat

Did you know there's toilets at Red Cow? They're just around the corner from the bus stops, you can see them from the Luas stop. You're gonna need them with Dublin Coach because you're going to get very familiar with Waiting for Godot in this blasted wasteland of an interchange. Cowboy service, always late, frequently dirty. God help you if you have a connection. 20 million buses to Limerick but if you're trying to get to Cork, Waterford or Kilkenny, it's only every two hours. Literally just take the train

Took the bus from Newbridge in Kildare to the airport. Weather was over the 20⁰s, no air-conditioning! Spoke to the driver and all I got was "I switched it on but it didn't work" Mind you, these buses are not equipped with windows. So zero ventilation! We got off at Naas with no refunds as the journey became unbearable . This is17May2025

Their service is absolutely appalling, 726 to Portlaoise, stopping at Red Cow Luas, Driver informed customers that he would NOT be stopping at the Red Cow Luas, no reason, he was just not going to stop, he was extremely rude, ended up getting a taxi, would NOT recommend to anybody.

Really not the type of person to complain but this service is an absolute joke. As a service provider if you advertise a time it’s not unreasonable to expect it to be there at that time, I can understand traffic but waiting an hour, half an hour or even two hours for a bus is ridiculous. The bus smells terrible as well.
Wish something would be done or at least some accountability can be taken. Unfortunately if someone is taking a bus they need to be somewhere and cannot be waiting hours

Waited for the bus and didn’t come for two hours. Rang the office some man told me that the bus will Come in ten minutes second time I called he told me that the bus has passed which it never came. Asked for a refund or help was told to email as there’s no one who can assist me. If you can’t do your job well then just don’t do it. Some of us missed flights and money because of this bus today. So I did kindly ask you refund me as soon as possible.terrible service

Was sitting at a bus stop waiting for the green bus and in front of me was another bus stop for the green bus, waited for an hour for a green bus to show up at my stop and still nothing, three green buses opposite of my stop showed up, no green bus showed up at my stop, make it make sense, fix this joke you call a service

Waited in monasterevin for a bus that was meant to come at 10 to 4 for over 2 hours and never came in the end

Worst transportation I have ever used. It's always at least an hour late if not longer. They are branded as green buses and recently started using white buses (with no Dublin coach branding) and didn't update customers which has led to people missing buses. Iarnoid Eireann or Bus Eireann are much more reliable for transport. Avoid using Dublin coach at all costs.

This bus company are completely unreliable. They have increased their prices and reduced the quality of their service. Very often it does not arrive when it says it will, or it shows up in a tiny shuttle with not enough space for new passengers.

Do not take this bus to the airport. You could miss your flight.

Booked and paid for tickets in advance Kilkenny to Waterford. Got to destination no problem but no bus turned up for the return journey. I had to pay for 2 train tickets to get home. There was absolutely no communication from Dublin Coach to say bus would not run. But they had taken my money. Beware of this company

The worst service I’ve ever came across in my life. Useless, don’t ever rely on it

Horrendous service!! I get this bus every week and it never shows up on time, it could literally be nearly an hour late (if it shows up at all) on many many occasions it has never even appeared with no email updates or anything to say why and you are just left waiting outside in the cold/rain etc waiting to see if it will show up eventually and I've had to go and buy train tickets or other means to get to where I need to go! Or the last two times I've tried to get it both times my bus was cancelled just 2 hours before my booked time for whatever reasons! 🙄. Absolutely appalling company!!

One adult and 4 kids ticket was booked over the website....3 tickets paid and two kids where free....but bus driver charge me one more ticket.... I tried to explain him that i have tickets paid but he didn't want to listen....i called office and told them what happened and they said HE'S wrong....still he didn't want to listen....then he called his manager and manager explained to him that he was wrong.... worst service....he was rude and unprofessional....he should be back on tree..., because monkey would do better job than that bus driver....

Absolutely disgraceful service.

I have never in my life experienced service as poor as this. The last 3 occasions the bus has been up to 35 mins late leaving the Red Cow luas stop for the airport. The journey is also longer than the advertised 15 minutes. This adds approximately 1 hour extra to the journey. On 2 occasions, I have MISSED my bag check in times, and have had to PAY to carry my checked bags into the cabin. A taxi from the red cow is cheaper and more reliable. I will never, ever, use this “service” again.

The absolute WORST bus service I have ever used, and I've been to developing countries like Laos, India, etc. Never on time, rude bus drivers, frequent and abrupt cancellations of journeys on their part, incorrect trackers, etc. Some examples

- the 4 o'clock bus comes, except the driver doesn't allow anyone on without any explanation and drives off. Another bus comes at 4.30, doesn't let anyone on, and when people complain he literally tells us "you should've gotten the 4 o'clock bus"
- the bus for 9.30pm doesn't arrive until 11pm. This is in the middle of the winter.
- get a message in the middle of the night while I'm asleep that the 1.30pm has been cancelled/delayed etc. So at 1pm I wait annoyed but patiently for the 2.30pm bus. It doesn't come until nearly 4pm.

Honestly baffles me how a bus service can be so objectively bad. Sadly I was forced to use this god forsaken "service" for a few weeks but thankfully I never have to give them a cent ever again and I highly recommend anyone else to avoid at all costs.

10am bus arrived 1015am, passengers dropped off , doors closed, big smile from driver and he left without letting us on. No mention of service cancelled or he to refuel or take a break. Zero communication. Had to wait for 11am which made me a half hour late for an appointment. Passengers tell me its a regular occurrence on buses during the day. So timetable is not accurate. Do not use if you need to be somewhere on time in fact dont use it at all. They dont care a jot about their customers. Recommend bus eireann or flightlink.
