I like this company, I just think they could really boost their likability factor with a few minor changes.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, got a two for one deal and with shipping I was a happy little bunny price wise. I read they dispatched from Ireland for EU purchases, which made me even more confident that they would arrive in time for my holiday two weeks later... that was my mistake.

Once dispatched I came to understand they had been dispatched from Texas due to an email stating 'we're getting your order ready to be shipped. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse in Texas, USA.' I thought ok, it's still time for shipping due to their policy of 'EU* and UK: Orders ship from Ireland, 3-7 days for $7.50.'

This wasn't the case, they shipped, ended up somewhere in California. I tried the Facebook chat which was a bot, but eventually a human replied to tell me they must have been out of stock in Ireland. Fair enough. They eventually arrived the day after I flew to my holiday destination. When I recieved the email confirmation of delivery I was happy they had arrived.

On returning home and realising nothing was here, and there was no card in the door I thought the worst. I checked with neighbours to no avail and every bin. I emailed Dubranchet Thursday night and got a reply saying they'd check it out. Eventually my dim witted neighbour from downstairs brought my parcel, which he had been holding onto three days after I got back home... I fired off a quick apology, but with no reply.

Anyway, the short version of my tale, this company would be amazing if it's customer service and feedback was a bit more proactive and reassuring. It felt like someone was checking mails whilst on the toilet, and then leaving me hanging for a few days. Maybe highlighting the shipping and stock policy, just so everyone is clear on what is going on. Most importantly, and I can't emphasise this enough, ditch UPS as your postal method. They're reputation makes Hermes look competent, and that's a huge statement, but I will stand by it.

Products I received feel of good quality, and for the price you really can not argue. To top it off the styling on these things are really cool, and not something that you find easily.

Love the glasses. Rare to find quality and style at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service as well

The title is an understatement. I've owned many pairs of sunglasses in my life and invested thousands of dollars into good, quality products. After thoroughly inspecting the two pairs I purchased, I do not believe you can receive a quality pair of sunglasses from Dubranchet. Don't let the company name or background fool you. Head on over to Amazon and get the same quality while saving 10-15 dollars.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses, arrived promptly, exactly as shown. Good quality for the price range, especially great with the BOGO offer they have.

I'm tring to make order few days ago and United Arab Emirates not on shipping countries list. Tried to call them or email but no answer yet. I made the order and selected Jordan as Country and mentioned the right adress on the adress box. Then send email with correct adress. Shipping number still referring to Jordan. Not sure how it will be going but I'll update here.

I was hooked by The Biker pair as soon as I saw them. I was a little dubious at first ordering as I haven’t heard of the brand before. That was all laid to rest pretty quickly. They arrived super quick, love the free case you get with them. The glasses themselves as a style icon, really sturdy. I love wearing them and always get compliments :)

Wow! I have three pairs of Dubranchet sunglasses and every time I wear one of them out I have to show people the website because people are always asking where they’re from! I have The Classic, The Biker and The Iron Man and they all get me attention. Next on my list? I need The Vintage Copper! Dubranchet you’re so cool!

I have three pairs of DUBRANCHET sunglasses, they are so stylish and cool. The price and quality worth it.
My favorite pair are The BIKE Leopardo.
The Bike and Iron Black Man will become the classic of the brand and are also in my personal collection.

The delivery was fast. But the quality of both sunglasses is quite awful. Definitely not worth 20€ each.
Positive points for Customer service was polite and quick to offer exchange or refund.

Retro looking shades. Constructed well. Comes with a nice carry case. Shipping was quick.

I shopped with dubranchet three time and each time it’s been a great experience. Sunglasses are modern, stylish and come with a beautiful case. It’s easy to track down your delivery or speak to support.
My favourite shades are the the Biker black, perfect for every occasion and easy to match with your outfit.

Hi all! I ordered two pairs of glasses from Dubranchet a few days ago. Its okay to wait for the order but the issue is that funds were deducted immediately while no confirmatory e-mail, package tracking or invoice arrived. I complained to their contact e-mail and got no response. Now i'm afraid i've lost my money to a fraudulent company, please change my mind!

Update: completely my fault, haven't checked my spam folder, the e-mail order was there, along with a customer service e-mail. Im changing my rating to four stars for now, five if the glasses are as good as expected. Once again, my apologies to Dubranchet, customer service is up to par if not even better.
